接待友善。檢查一下沒有任何問題。唯一要抱怨的是早餐。食物和飲料的選擇很完美,但有3點需要極大的改進。 1. 這在所有提供麵包卷的飯店中都是普遍存在的問題且不合理。其中一些仍然冰冷堅硬,好像已經在那裡躺了幾個月了。不能提供新鮮的麵包捲嗎? 2. 這次我在飯店受到了極大的關注。不幸的是,炒雞蛋和培根都是冷的。對我來說,在早餐開始時製作大量培根和雞蛋是沒有意義的。當人們早上 8 點(週日)來吃早餐時,雞蛋上面有皮,培根是冷的。 3.我理解找工作人員比較困難,但是早餐廳的工作人員應該具備餐飲業的基本知識。例如,你不能在自己身上鋪上一片麵包,起身去再喝一杯咖啡,然後回到桌子旁,發現桌子已經被清理乾淨了。前一天的另一個例子是,工作人員把手伸到人群中間的桌子上,清理盤子和空杯子。

在法蘭克福展覽會上拍攝蒙太奇。從市集拖著行李箱走,時間有點長,但也因人而異。工作人員非常友好,尤其是一個非常勤奮的西班牙女孩。他們有無麩質的選擇。我會回來的

A seguito di un ritardo aereo la compania Lufthansa ci ha assegnato questa struttura per una notte: un disastro. Dopo il check-in all'1 di notte, chiediamo al receptionist la possibilità di avere due spazzolini e un dentifricio,non essendo noi in possesso dei nostri bagagli: la risposta è stata un "non ne abbiamo" molto arrogante. Chiediamo poi la possibilità di prenotare un taxi per l'indomani mattina alle 6.30, il receptionist risponde "i taxi passano per la strada". Chiediamo nuovamente di poterne prenotare uno così da avere la certezza di essere in aeroporto in tempo e la risposta è stata "vi mettete fuori e il taxi lo aspettate qui davanti", indicandoci la strada con il dito. Saliamo in camera: è una singola, noi siamo in due. Scendiamo per comunicare l'errore, ci viene risposto "tra poco mando qualcuno a controllare". Dopo mezz'ora non arriva nessuno, allora scendiamo altre due volte: prima per sollecitare, poi per chiedere almeno un'altra coperta considerando che ormai eravamo rassegnati a stringerci in un letto singolo e riposare qualche ora. Le nostre richieste sono state totalmente ignorate. Alle 2:30 di notte abbiamo chiamato noi un taxi e abbiamo cambiato hotel, pagandolo di tasca nostra considerando che il receptionist si è rifiutato di restituirci il voucher fornito alla compagnia aerea.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ganz ok. Mein Freund und ich waren über Silvester 3 Nächte im Hotel. Leider mussten wir zwei Sterne abziehen, was folgenden Grund hatte. Wir wurden leider sehr schlecht eingewiesen als wir eingecheckt haben und mussten das Hotel quasi selbst erkunden. Zudem war das Frühstück nicht so toll. Man musste eigenhändig das Personal ansprechen um Brötchen und weiteren Aufschnitt zu erhalten. Viele Hotelgäste mussten leider auf leere Servierplatten gucken und die Auswahl war auch nicht sehr groß. Das Personal war allerdings immer nett und hilfsbereit wenn man es angesprochen hat. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Daher vergeben wir gute 3 Sterne

Hotel has horrible customer service . They have to get some international trainings . Their communication is so bad . Nobody speaks English very well thats why they are not able to solve your problems. Rooms are clean and okay .. Food was terrible . I ask several questions to front desk , they were very rude specially Lunch manager at restaurant. Don’t waste your money . You can find better one in city .

The Frankfurt Messe Hotel is a typical business hotel that offers good sleep in a bit worn room. I like the workdesk, but miss a fridge. I like the shower/bathtub combination. Welcoming staff. Nice location, not too far from the airport and the Frankfurt Messe.

A trap. Worst experience ever. Never to be repeated. Cold rooms no heating. Not isolated and very loud because of the tragic outside. Very poor breakfast. Very old mattresses and not regular. No minibar at the room no coffee machine. Unless the booking was non refundable I would have definitely changed it.

El hotel y las instalaciones bien. Minimalistas pero limpio y camas cómodas. Sin embargo no salía agua caliente de la ducha. Nada. No es que fuera poca o insuficiente. No salía nada, nada de agua caliente. Era complicadisimo regularla, o era helada o hirviendo, pero al mover el botón para salir por regadera perdía toda la presión y dejaba de salir totalmente. Imposible bañarse así en invierno o cualquier época del año.

Food is terrible, the toilet are poor. I wanted a hair dresser to get dresses to work, their hair dresses doest work well. The good thing is the colombian recepcionist that try everything to help, the cleaning guy from 5th floor, they did what they could. The food they offer is ashemed.

Sensationell schönes und komfortables Hotel! Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal, beste Küche, guter Fitnessbereich mit Sauna und in der "Level Area" hat der Gast eine grandiose Aussicht auf Frankfurt downtown inkl. Skyline.

Left a sunglasses there and confirmed it’s found in the room so I arranged FedEx to pickup. First the hotel said FedEx has collected it but return saying no delivery address, but it’s not possible as all details are printed on the collection label. Then the hotel said FedEx has collected again but did not sign confirmation. No proof. And now the sunglasses are lost. It’s brand new Rayban which has camera… And the hotel didn’t reply email not until you kept calling. I am very disappointed in their attitude. Just kept saying it's not their fault. If the glasses were never found, of course it's not hotel's fault. But it's found and kept and lost, I would suspect someone has stole it and that's why hotel is not doing anything??? And no further response to my email after I asked for CCTV footage. This is ridiculous!!

Für Kurzurlauber in Frankfurt absolut geeignet. Gute Lage, saubere und schöne Zimmer und der Preis für zwei Nächte war absolut top, da man auch noch zusätzlich eine Tageskarte für die Taunustherme erhalten hat. Klare Abstriche musste man beim Frühstück machen. Leider waren an beiden Tagen einige Speisen nicht mehr vorrätig (Rührei, Säfte, manche Aufschnitte), obwohl man uns im Vorhinein aufgrund von Silvester und Corona die Möglichkeit gegeben hatte später (10 Uhr - 10:30 Uhr) zu frühstücken. Ansonsten absolut zufrieden und man bekommt definitiv das was man für diesen Preis erwarten kann.

El personal súper amable, desde recepción hasta el cheff. la habitación muy confortable y con todo lo necesario. el desayuno buffet superó mis expectativas, es muy variado, rico y más que suficiente! Es un hotel perfecto para cortas o largas estancias.
