法蘭克福歐羅特姆怡思得酒店(Innside Frankfurt Eurotheum)

Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Die Badewanne Highlight des Zimmers. Mini Bar stande das es gratis ist wuede am Ende jedoch abgezogen. Ansonsten sehr cooles Zimmer

Das Hotel besticht durch die Aussicht auf die Frankfurter Skyline. Die Ausstattung ist funktional, könnte aber ein Update vertragen. Die gebuchte Kategorie war „Villa“ und hier ist das Highlight die in den Schlafbereich integrierte freistehende Badewanne vor der Fensterfront.

Der Ausblick begeistert und verzaubert einen im Lichtermeer am Abend. Sehr hoher Security- Standard und großzügige Suiten. Minuspunkte: TG ist sehr eng und überteuert. Besser im öffentlichen Parkhaus (100 m entfernt) parken! Frühstück ok, aber qualitativ viel Luft nach oben. Keine Tee- oder Kaffeekocher im Zimmer, dafür kleine Getränkeauswahl in der Minibar kostenfrei. Keine Einweisung bzhl. Technik im Zimmer.

El hotel está ubicado cerca del cinturón verde de Frankfurt, dentro del distrito financiero. La habitación es más bien un pequeño apartamento o suite, con una zona separada como salón con una pequeña cocina y una barra. El baño está separado en tres partes: el wc, el lavabo y la ducha están en pequeños cubículos separados. Como punto positivo destacaría las vistas, que son espectaculares, el hotel empieza a partir del piso 22. El desayuno también es más que correcto ssin ser espectacular. Como puntos a mejorar, quizá le vendría bien un lavado de cara, se nota el desgaste en algunos muebles y equipamiento. Aún así, es un hotel muy recomendable si se puede obtener a un precio razonable.

The rooms are clean, but have a rather strange layout which means it is quite a detour to get to the bothroom. The hotel rooms and corridor feel a little tired, but the place is clean. What makes all the difference is the stunning views. From your room and the breakfast area too. Reception is on the 22nd floor and you take this glass elevator to get there, which is really nice. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the subway, which takes you all the way to/from the airport in about 15-20mins for EUR 5.80. Overall a great choice if you're staying in the area.

The hotel is outdated, everything inside is worn out and shabby. The facilities are simply too old to even consider using. The lobby zone is tiny, no space for any meetings or work. Breakfast was very modest, with barely any options. Moreover the staff was unfriendly. My jacket which was closed in a bag and left in reception as a package has disappeared and they didn’t even bother looking for it. The only good thing was the stunning view. Would definitely not recommend, complete dissatisfaction.

The shower in the bedroom was really weird. The lifts failed so we had to use stairs one day, but they were really filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We stayed on the 28th floor but still had a lot of banging noises above us. Location good, staff friendly, large room, but wouldn't book again.

We were supposed to stay here for one night. It was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels we booked for our trip in germany. Sadly, the day we were supposed to arrive in Frankfurt, we got stuck in Munich in a snowstorm that blocked all roads, trains and the airport and even though we had train tickets we couldn't go. We called and sent the hotel an email expressing and stressing the fact we were stranded in Munich, and we couldn't arrive that day, asking for a waiver on the 90% cancellation fee, but they refused. We even asked for a chance to postpone the stay, as we knew we would get to frankfurt once the trains will be back, but they had no interest in rebooking or helping in any way, no flexibility what-so-ever. This of course is on top of the 1) the train ticket for a train that was canceled, 2) a last minute hotel in Munich we had to book 3) the cost of changing our flight. The representatives in the hotel office were rude, unhelpful, and had no desire to be helpful. I would avoid booking with such a hotel, cause once you run into some trouble, they are not likely to accomodate or try to help...

Fantastic views blighted by terrible staff. Been staying here on business for 15 years amd was turned away from the bar tonight by nothing more than ***** on the door who took a dislike to my colleague! Will never come here again. Disgraceful trea**ent of loyal customers.
