Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.

Sehr netter und flexibles Personal, saubere Unterkunft. Toller Ausblick auf den Main. Trotz Straßenlage ruhig genug , auch wenn die RTW’s zu hören sind zum benachbarten Krankenhaus. Es ist im Apartment alles da was man benötigt. Würde definitiv nochmal buchen!

Wir waren hier schon einmal vor 2 Jahren und auch damals überaus zufrieden. Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel zu vernünftigem Preis. Lage direkt am Zoo nun nur ca 100m von de nächsten U-Bahn-Haltestelle Habsburger Allee entfernt, sehr angenehmes Wohnviertel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind überaus höflich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist bestens organisiert. Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich und lecker. Zur Bergerstraße mit Geschäften und vielen Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen und bei unserem nächsten Frankfurt-Besuch werden wir wieder hier übernachten.

The 25Hotel is a good value Budget Hotel, no doubt. Outdated by any standards, the “Anti-minimalism” decor and wall-2-wall carpeting throughout appears impossible to clean but the moderate pricing makes up for it. A visit to the adjacent restaurant ISOLETTA was a desastre. After a 15 hours’ journey from Buenos Aires we were looking forward to have a light dinner and a few fresh Pilsner beers. Our visit as well as our “small” order was met with hostility by the frustrated staff, apparently desperate for more business as we were about the only guests. The sympathetic manager may need to review the essence of any enterprise: « A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so. »

I stayed at this hotel from the 12th to the 14th of February. I left all my travel money and my wedding ring in the safe for security, when I left for the airport and check out, I forgot my belongings inside the room safe where I had put my personal password, the big problem starts there. When contacting the hotel, the enormous difficulty began to respond and check the room, after more than 12 hours of the incident, they simply told me that there was nothing inside the safe and that in fact I was stolen inside the hotel safe, without any justification for how this happened and no goodwill movement to resolve the theft, acting normally at a loss of over $5,000 with no remorse or willingness to help the customer. very upset about being robbed inside a hotel that apparently seemed reliable, but it turned out to be completely obscure and without any security management, as belongings disappear from a safe that had a personal password and nobody takes care of it. other than that, the hotel had enormous difficulty in providing feedback, it did not respond to emails, calls, contacts via the booking app, showing itself to be completely conniving with the crime that occurred inside its facilities and not willing to do anything to solve it the same. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have your belongings safe, if you have no option, don't trust your room alone to anyone. Looks can be deceiving, don't go through the same problem as me. I'm putting photos of the room with my bags and then at the airport and my live ticket too, to prove my stay at the hotel and in what I said where I was rudely stolen inside the safe where I put my personal password, after forgetting my objects and get in touch two hours later someone had gone there and stolen all my money and wedding ring.

Das Hotel ist an der Hauptstraße beim Ostbahnhof gelegen. Parkplätze sind für €6.- hinter dem Hotel mit einer Schranke gesichert. Das Zimmer ist typisch B&B - klein aber gemütlich - Bad sauber und gut. Leider keine richtigen Stühle - nur Hocker - zum arbeiten am Tisch nicht gerade ideal. Das Frühstück ist gut - keine riesige Auswahl aber ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr gute Preis/Leistung!
