威克森林 - 羅利北凱隆波因特酒店(Clarion Pointe Wake Forest – Raleigh North)

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was small. Paper thin walls as we could hear the person in the room next to us sneeze,cough,etc. We were excited about the pool and hot tub but upon further inspection it didn’t look clean at all. The morning breakfast was not very good. The housekeeping staff were friendly and gave us towels in exchange for our dirty towels as we didn’t need the room clean.

Old looking run down. Dining area had a strong cleaning order. Way to much it was over powering.

Loved the cleanliness of the room; staff was very nice and helpful; and the breakfast was great!

Pros: Bed was comfortable; Great Mexican restaurant just across the street; easy accessibility to Major highway. Did not like: Mildew in and around the shower; Shower door would not stay closed so I had to wedge a towel behind the runner to prevent water from going out to the floor; Continental breakfast was adequate but nothing special...I have definitely seen better; Cleaning crew started cleaning above and around me before 8am!! Was very disappointed I didn't get to sleep in. Overall, I would probably check out another hotel in the area before staying at this one again.

I liked that it’s on a service road off the main highway for not as much noise from traffic

Staff were very nice. Carpet and bathroom floors definition need attention. Food and debris on carpet, bathroom floor and lower walls grimy and dirty. As a vacation rental owner, i would have definitely received a very low rating if my cleaner was that bad. Looks like it was last scrubbed a couple months ago.

everything was great except that the Sunday breakfast was supposed to be until 10am, however the hostess stopped putting hot food out at 9:30, without any warning
