This was the worst experience I had at an hotel in my life. I enjoy staying at Extended stays, the kitchen is convenient and they’re usually clean in other states I’ve stayed in them at. The hotel smelled like dogs on the side entrance , I got in the room my shower didn’t have a shower curtain or wash rags. I had reservations for the work week as I travel for work, so after I check in Monday, I scan the room to make sure it passes eye test lift up mattress etc.. don’t see any problems, upon going to sleep and waking up Tuesday and going to work , I realized I had bites on me, I work outside so I thought they were mosquito bites.Wednesday I had more bites I’m still thinking it’s a result of working outdoors, Thursday I return from work and before showering I look in the mirror and realize I have bites In patterns and places mosquitos can’t bite, I check under the mattress and see bed bugs. I alert the front desk lady Crystal, she says she just spoke to manager a few minutes ago And she called him back and his response is , “ is he going to stay there tonight?” , I had to bag up and discard all my clothes immediately and go shopping for new clothes and book a cleaner hotel room elsewhere, this was an awful experience, I have my wife and kids come to hotels sometimes and this was a week we planned to , by the grace of god it didn’t work out, so now I’ll miss a days pay from work to go see a doctor on top of the money I spent on new clothing and the major inconvenience it was to be uprooted after a 12 hour day of work, and the clothing I discarded for the sake of not potentially bringing an bed bug infestation to my home when I return on the weekend, not to mention this severe itch I have ,this hotel should be shut down as it is occupied by several people like me that travel for work during the week days and go home to their families on the weekends, this is unfair and a disservice to patrons that trust that these hotels are being up kept to the highest degree.

The Room was moderately clean, But The elevator wasn't working for days ... I was at level 3 The kitchen doesn't provide you with utensils or plates or anything. When requested they said they don't have anything available not even a spoon. The AC was working and it was old with broken mesh inside. Although the thermostat was new but then nothing works. Anything you need you have to break your bones climbing stairs. No room service at all for essentials. Oh yes they gave an iron stand without the iron.....

Some experienced advertising or marketing copy writer clearly did the descriptions and promotions for this outdated and sorry excuse for a hotel. As soon as you walk in there is a truly unpleasant odor. The lobby is small and unappealing. The hotel staff are incredibly rude when you can find them The halls and rooms are old, peeling paint and lacking any quality or reasonable standard Clearly a mistake to stay at this dark and dismal place

I came on a business holiday here and these are my humble thoughts. I must start with staff and hospitality. I was checked in and checked out by Chrystal. She was kind, helpful and very well spoken. The manager - Jasbir was actually a very informative person. He took care of any extra concerns with my stay and always helped with business enquiries. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff members especially Chrystal, Sheri, Jasbir and Juan The hotel itself was wonderful it was quiet, the rooms were clean and I was given dishware and cookware for the kitchenette in my room. The room service staff clean the rooms well which was awesome. The area itself feels safe since it's in an industrial area. And I got a GREAT rate for my long term stay of over 1 month. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that I will actually be interested in staying here again. It's affordable and a lot of value for money. There is free breakfast, toiletries and kitchen amenities; YES! I've seen a lot of families come to the hotel because they moving, seen a lot of essential workers like construction workers and it overall is a friendly area with lots of friendly people. The only bad thing is that the halls sometimes smell of **** or animal urine. I was told that the smokers do smoke **** sometimes and we can't really control what people smoke outside the premises. The hotel is a smoke free one, but pets are allowed. I think some guests let their pets do whatever they want for some reason. But then it's expected that some people are going to be inconsiderate. The manager Jasbir was great and accommodating. When asked to switch rooms he was very helpful in every way. The room was clean with no issues at all. Will probably come back because of great service.

Terrible stay - Do not stay at this Hotel, it is not run properly. Here is my note to Guest Relations at Extended Stay. Nobody responded to my complaints, either via email or FB Messenger, after several tries. Another very bad sign, so here is my review on Social Media: My name is Terry, we just finished our stay at your hotel below, in Somerset, NJ. All I can say is, this was the one of the most miserable stays I have ever experienced in all of my travels. First, the hotel is unkempt and dirty. Second, upon check-in, we had to wait 5 mins for the front desk person to show up (behind your ugly Covid Plexiglass screen), who gave us our room key on the 3rd floor, only to open the door to a filthy, dirty, un cleaned room. We were in a hurry too, as my father had passed away, and we needed to shower and get dressed soon. I had called the Hotel ahead of time, to let them know we need our room ready, a little early check-in and to have things ready to go. No such thing happened. The room was disguising...Hardwood floors on the 3rd floor?? Who does that except for you guys. The room was musty and smelled. Carpets were filthy...No cups, the entire kitchen shelves were completely empty! Zero, nothing!..No extra cups, no coffee machine, 1 soap. The AC Temp was set to 64, room was freezing. I went downstairs in the evening to ask for a few things, like an extra plastic cups, since we wanted a cup of Tea. No one to be found...anywhere. The Mattress I slept in was horrible...I had a very poor night sleep, with Back Pain all next day, making my day terrible for my Dad's service. There is ZERO (0) hotel management in this place. No one around in the evening to assist. I have stayed in ESA's in other locations - nothing was this bad in other locations. I know help is short these days, but this was ridiculous.

First and for most the ladies at the front desk are exceptional! Krystal, Sherri and Tia are always accommodating of any needs that may arise during your stay. They always treat guest with respect and are always approachable, warm and welcoming. Ultimately making your stay feel like a home away from home. They are always informative of any changes guest need to be aware of. Kindness is key and their smiles go a long way! Thank you ladies for making my stay warm and comfortable!
