La Cabriere Country House is conveniently situated for access to all the attractions of the town centre. It is set in beautiful gardens and the accommodation facilities are excellent. The breakfast is superb and everything is carefully watch over by charming Liza. We can highly recommend La Cabriere Country House and will definitely return for another visit.

What a lovely beautiful country home! Very peaceful with 2 swimming pools and stunning Mountain View’s. A delicious breakfast served every morning with views of the valley and gardens. Rooms have their own patios overlooking the gardens and/or pool. Excellent value for money with a lovely host and friendly staff.

The lovely garden and the mountains that surround this property are incredible. The pools are a fair size and the breakfast is really good. I really liked the fact it was so peaceful out in the garden and you could hear the wind whirling around and the birds singing. Perfect on a summers day. The location was great and the property is incredibly well managed by the lovely Lisa. It was a pleasure having a chat with her each day.

From the outset this was a good experience. Even when the booking had to be changed, it was effortless and easy. On arrival we were welcomed and shown around the grounds and then to our stunning studio which was home for a couple of days. Lisa is on top of her game Present at all times and most helpful. To top all of this the breakfast is an absolute 10/10. Would highly recommend this as a top destination.

We arrived at this beautiful holiday resort after a long flight and a long spell in the car and from the moment we got out of the car it was as if we were in heaven. The weather was gorgeous the welcome from Lisa and her team was as warm as it gets, our room was divine and of course at the end of our week we were very reluctant to move on. If you are reading this and you are looking for a perfect stopping place in Franschhoek then look no further, get on the net and book in. We are regulars and we love returning year after year.

Everything was perfect. Rooms, surroundings, garden, service. Our room, a luxury suite with a garden view, was large, as was the bathroom with separate areas for shower and toilet. The breakfast was extensive and there was something for every taste. The service is always friendly and helpful. The gardens and pools were in excellent condition despite the violent storms in October. We have already booked again for next year

Having enjoyed a wonderful stay in 2018, we were keen to come back. Kenny sorted out a beautiful room with a pool and garden shared with one next door. We were able to look out onto the lovely gardens and the view beyond. Evenings in the village started with our leisurely, fifteen minute stroll. We'll be staying here next time we visit Franschoek.

Superb place to stay, lovely room, lovely grounds, lovely accommodation, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Enjoyed the pools as well, breakfast was served overlooking the grounds, all just great!

Our room was lovely and the views around were amazing. We could easily walk into the town centre and loved walking along looking at the shops etc. on our full day there we did the wine tram, it was amazing! We couldn’t fault the service to a degree but we both found the owner Lisa a little cold and business like.
