棕櫚旅館(Palm Lodge Guest House)

The room was fairly okay, but I was not happy with the shower. Maybe in future install proper showers not the ones install with the bath because it poses a safety issue as a person can slip and fall and injure oneself. Please do invest on taking the employees working at the kitchen to a culinary school or short course as I was not happy with the breakfast done for 2 days. The packed breakfast that was done, I was not happy with the sand wages prepared, big slices of cheese were just put on the bread, it was wet, and not grated. The second day breakfast I was unable to eat the food prepared, at least cater a variety for people who does not eat pork, not frozen battered chicken meats.

The room we were allocated to had a plumbing problems, the toilet was linking and we we could't even flush!! The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold!

Keep on pushing,u made my stay enjoyable . After checking out,I asked a room for my daughter to do her makeup and I was given

I would highly recommend Palm Lodge Hotel to anyone visiting the area and seeking a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

The venue is safe neat and attractive.Very convenient for travellers as its also cliser to the mall and also UFS where are our business was.I hope we will be booked there next time as we still hsve 4 trips to take to Bloem

The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast daily was delicious and the service was really amazing. The location was perfect for those attending graduation and also a walking distance to the mall. We were very happy with our stay and will revisit in the future.

Although only a one night stay , the lodge and room was clean , tidy and modern. The staff were pleasant and helpful with the cooked breakfast very nice. The lodge is close by to a nice shopping mall and suited our needs well for our visit.

Receptionist was extremely helpful with the booking and when we arrived. Power outage occured and due to the lack of other power generation ability I downgraded you by one as far as service and value is concerned.
