我們很少被酒店這麼好吃驚,因爲谷歌地圖的平均評價是3.9,我們期待着空氣升高。然而,由於酒店的價格吸引人Trip.com和對我們來說極其優的位置,我們預訂了酒店,後面的決定是絕對正確的。在HBf的第一道,位置對我們來說是鐵路旅行者理想的。早餐真的很棒,這裏的人都能找到你所需要的一切。牀很舒適,主站的音比擔心的要低得多;爲了進一步的安靜,我建議只裝耳。接近S鐵站也很理想。5號房間裏的房間。庫存有我們所需要的,根本沒有過時。工作人員很友好;甚至可以提前3小時入住,12點的入住也很方便。總體而言,我給5星清。價格和表現的關係真是太棒了!

Not impressed. Twice in two weeks I sent an email asking if offices or work places would be available for online meetings. I never received a response to either email. Poor conduct from an international hotel chain. When we arrived internet not working. We were promised it would be fixed in two hours. Four hours later when still not working, was told it would be available in 30 minutes. When pressed for reassurance that it would be available, we were told it wouldn't be fixed today. I have two international online meetings, one at 2300 and another at 0600. When we expressed our dissatisfaction from a hotel chain which caters for businessmen, we were hung up on. Not impressed!

我們通過************預訂的預訂沒有被酒店接收,但酒店非常有幫助,我們收到了一些分開的房間。服務非常好,酒店非常好,氣氛很好。我一定會再住在那裏。早餐可以點餐,有無質選擇,但只需要要求。房間乾淨,有空調,還有一個小廚房,可以吃較小的飯菜。酒店周圍的區域足夠好,出門基本就是餐館和購物。附近有aom建築,但那裏沒有更大的問題。停車位滿了,所以我們不得不在附近的街道上找到一些免費的。

Situato fuori dal centro, in una zona residenziale tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere in auto. Hotel modernissimo, con arredamento colorato, di design, abbinato ad elementi tipici della Foresta Nera. Camere e bagni sufficientemente spaziosi, dotati di ogni comfort (tranne il bollitore con te e caffé...). Bella sala colazioni ed ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, tutto di buona qualità. Peccato che, a rovinare tutto, ci sia il personale... molto giovane, incompetente, lento, poco efficiente e molto poco empatico.

Ottimo hotel per una o due notti al max. Stanze molto belle,tv mancano le reti Italiane,e sprovviste di armadi. Solo per un mordi e fuggi. Ristorante buono,il servizio è sel service,per il bere se vuoi alcolici ti devi servire da solo alla reception. Ottimo per due gg.

We were in Freiburg for vacation and a lot of the other hotels were really expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced, so we booked four rooms between 2 families, and I am glad we did. The hotel was nice and clean, and fairly close to some restaurants and a train station that can take you to the down town area. What made this hotel a great stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. They almost all spoke English well and interacted in a very positive way. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

弗賴堡酒店是一座可愛、現代化的酒店,設計精良,視覺效果極佳。所以員工的素質似乎與酒店的質量不相匹配,這真是遺憾。在登記入住的時候,我們既沒有歡迎也沒有微笑,我們給人的印象很鮮明,我們在場是強加於一個非常不友好的人在我們登記。“Curt”是描述這種體驗的禮貌方式,但“徹頭徹尾的粗魯”則更準確。房間很乾淨,設備齊全,但我們沒有一個人在特硬牀上睡得很好,睡的被一直滑到晚上,因爲太難了。小到可以塞進去。也許是因禍得福,因爲房間過熱得可怕。這家酒店爲其四星級評級勾勾所有箱子,但比這多不了一丁點或一丁點。酒店還聲稱對寵物友好,但是,如果你帶了Fido,要小心。有一個很大的補充。您的寵物可以在大堂餐廳,但如果您帶它到早餐,您會被粗魯地驅逐,就像您攜帶了冠狀病毒一樣。如果這是半徑50-mile的唯一一家酒店,我想我會選擇睡在車裏。

Excellente adresse, particulièrement apprécié l'espace spa et la piscine et le restaurant (dîner et petit déjeuner). L'accueil au téléphone était chaleureux, de même qu'à la réception. Parking privé sous l'hôtel. La chambre n'était pas des plus exceptionnelles, mais pas mal quand même.

It‘s a matter of opinion. Myself likes to conclude wrinkles are the result of a happy lifetime, but you might think otherwise. If you are into modern styles dont go there. This business is over 100 years of age/tradition and even though additions were build, rooms where updated it has that unique touch you could call charming. The rooms are quite spacious and offer all you really need. The service is pretty good and everyone is doing its best to make your stay comfortable. I have never been to a hotel where I had real electric roller shutters instead of more, or mostly less, „blackout curtains“. Another feature is the a/c cooling with groundwater instead of chemical components. pros: roller shutters spacious rooms free sauna free private parking sympathetic staff reasonable priced food for dinner at a hotel cosy outdoor dining bus station directly in front cons: public carpet has lots of stains elevator is outdated and dimly lit imho the biggest flaw/dealbreaker: The breakfast is below average (price-performance), bacon was wobbly and not crisp at all, butter wasnt cooled, even the famous black forest ham was mediocre at best. But hey…if one door is shut…there‘s a good bakery right across the street.

We booked a junior suite and the day before we arrived the hotel called to ask if we could help them out and change to double interconnected rooms instead. I specifically asked if there was a big difference ik the rooms and they said no. With that information I agreed as we were staying for only 1 night. Big was my surprise at arrival when de noticed that the normal rooms didn’t have airconditioning and that with a heat wave going on in Europe. The room was like a sauna and the only thing we got was a little fan full of dust. When I complained at the reception they told me they ‘forgot’ to mention this. If I would have known this I would have never agreed to a room change. They offered a 20% discount which is a real disgrace as my family didn’t sleep all night!!! We had breakfast at 7 am in the morning but the breakfast buffet wasn’t ready at all. They still needed to start with preparing the hot buffet. At 7.10 they still needed to prepare the sausages so as we didn’t had much time we couldn’t enjoy breakfast fully. I still hope management will reach out personally to discuss the ‘20% compensation’, otherwise it will be my laste visit to a Dorint property ever.

訪訪客Hotel de la cadena B&B que está muy bien. La habitación pequeña, con cama y literas pero con aire y baño completo. Parking gratuito y transporte público conectado con el centro a 100 metros. El centro a 20 min. En recepción nos dejaron entrar a las 11, previo pago de 15 euros. Y no nos cobraron la tasa de nuestro perra. Buen sitio para visitar una ciudad muy bonita.

Positives: Very clean family room with plenty of space. Free on-site car parking Very pleasant staff Free breakfast Room for improvement The pillows!!! Worst pillows I’ve ever slept on. There is practically no filling in them and when you put your head on them, what is in there goes either side of your head. Beds, way too hard. I know everyone is different when it comes to bed firmness but combined with the poor pillow, I was aching after the little amount of sleep I had. Towels. Whilst the bathroom is a reasonable size the towels are not. I’m quite small and they just wrapped around me!! And if you have long hair to dry, there is no way they will cover it. But the water is hot and has a good pressure in the shower. We would stay again if we came but would bring our own pillows
