Nice hotel, pleasant stay, definitely a recommended choice. Clean rooms (I got an extra one on site). I understand that they receive a large number of people every day and the turnover is high: as a point of improvement I might suggest to provide ceramic mugs instead of paper glasses in the room. I am sure that, if asked, they would probably have replaced them. Silent rooms despite being quite close to a provincial road. Nice and pleasant garden. Very good morning breakfast. Polite and motivated staff.

The hotel is very clean and much more cost-effective than the double tree hilton. It is also close to Marco Polo Airport. It is cost-effective.

The biggest issue with Villa Pace is that the excellent support at reception is in huge contrast to the truly awful meals provided by the hotel. Same same salads, soups, badly cooked vegetables, undercooked meat - no flavour, no imagination. How can they manage to ruin simple Italian dishes. Compared to other hotels, where a choice is offered - on our First for Bridge holiday, there was a mean choice of salads and one dessert option. There is the space to lay out areas with a salad bar, a choice of vegetables, mains, etc - but all cramped in one space. Really really awful service and deaf to suggestions.

I was part of the English Bridge Union congress which was here for a week. The hotel is in an 80s time warp. My room was ok - hard bed and the pillows were so bad we went to Treviso and bought our own. The room was dark and you have to keep the windows closed because of the mosquitoes. No plugs etc provided and no insect mesh at the window. Plenty of hot water but the hand towels were like table napkin fabric! The food was unspeakably bad. Inedible. It slightly improved when the kitchen realised a buffet was easier for them to manage than waiter service. I don’t think one person in the group was satisfied with the meals provided for dinner and there were endless complaints. The breakfast buffet was ok. For the money we paid it was very disappointing and hopefully the EBU would not consider this venue again.

Nice people at frontdesk, fast check-in, good breakfast, parking place very convienient. The room is not so modern but this we knew from the pics & in any case, quite clean and spacy. The only but was the pillow and the bed as such, it was pretty hard. If you like that, its a great choice.

Very satisfying for our goal; visiting the region. Nice swimming pool although one afternoon/evening it was confiscated by young Americans having a very good time. It has the right distance to the town of Treviso and other sites and restaurants on the nearby river.

Excellent service. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed and fresh linen. Bus stop just outside hotel. Clean throughout. Food delicious. Best baccalà mantecato and fettuccine al Nero with clams which were out of this world. Conference facilities excellent.

I stayed here with 1st for Bridge. Only saving grace was that it was clean. The food was dreadful.! I've stayed in Italy before and had the most beautiful Italian food - this was just awful. I lived off bread rolls and cheese! No tea or coffee facilities in the room and no safe. Would never stay here again.

At arrival pool was not working and we got very bummed since the pool was the only reason we choose this hotel. But the very professional woman Kiara in the reception helped us very much and fixed that we could go to another place with a pool. Her service level is beyond excellent and the hotel should be very happy about her. Thank you for this time - we will be back next year.

Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The pool was lovely and clean. There were plenty of sunchairs and shades at the pool. The water quality was checked every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bus to Venice and Treviso (8E) stopped just outside the hotel. Good space for parking too.

This hotel is not very good. We stayed here for two nights. No working air conditioning, noisy fridges in the room which we had to switch off during the night. On first night we went to reception and they sent someone to look at the air conditioning who had obviously never seen or worked one in their life...did not realise the sun sign would be for heating and the ice sign for cooling!!!! On second night despite being told it had been fixed no air conditioning, we left the windows open and low and behold there were electricity cuts and each time the power went off the emergency generator started which is noisy and smelt of petrol / deisel and the flood lights in the car park came on and shone brightly in the rooms. In total the power cuts came on and off from 01.05 am until 02.50 am so did not lead to a restful nights sleep!! Breakfast was ok. Staff were either polite and the other just no interested. would not recommend.

The room was large, but the window coverings overwhelmed the room. I like the hardwood floors, no carpets at all except runners in the hallways in guest room floors. Bathroom was very nice with both tub and shower. Toiletries were minimal, just shampoo, only hand soap, no bath soap or shower gel, but I bring my own. Towels were large. Closet space was adequate, safe was in good order. The desk lamp was not working but not an issue. Minimal power outlets in this room, none near the bed, only one on the far wall and in the desk. I read at night so travel with a 3 meter iPad cable, thus was able to charge my device while in use. Otherwise I would have been out of luck! I didn’t use the spa as I had a broken ankle. Restaurant was good, although scrambled eggs were not hot, just warm. Excellent selection of foods at breakfast, typical European and American choices. The patio was lovely for dining. Staff was very helpful. Only criticism was the housekeeping staff didn’t pick up the sweepings from the floor on Saturday - they left them on the floor outside my room! Odd.

This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot without the heat on, no AC option; opening the windows meant hearing the loud street noise.... The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows so woke with whole body pain. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this hotel are paid since it's shocking to see the high rating!
