Smells like cigarette 🤒. Don't come here

I had to change rooms twice. The first one was ok until the day after one of the beds was not made. They gave me another room where the heater was not working and the towels were used. Then they gave me another room where we found a bedbug. Finally the gave me an acceptable room with a minor problem, the water was not completely drained in the bathroom sink.

The entry door to my room was malfunctioning so I had the employee at the front desk assist me. He showed me how to play with the handle in order for it to work. Needless to say it was a royal pain every time I left the room. . . . The area around the hotel was a little stabie. Lots of shady characters roaming around but the hotel has security on duty at all times.

This room was a disaster! The floors were not clean, the sheets had stains on them, the curtains had numerous small to medium sized holes, the furniture is extremely dated with the panels coming apart and the heating/ac unit was broken. The thermostat read "ERR" Definitely not as pictured on the website. I contacted customer ssupport to see if we could be released from the remainder of our stay, although i am fully aware that the booking was non-refundable it is at the discretion of the hotel to refund or not. Of course, they denied it. The area is a little sketch. I only felt safe because my husband was with us. Definitely will not be returning....

The only aspect of this hotel I disliked was the poor variety of breakfast food options and the quality of the food. The food was quite basic and processed. On one day, there were no scrambled eggs or fruit salad. The hotel staff informed me ‘we ran out of eggs’. Because protein and fruit are the most important nutrients for a breakfast meal, this should always be available for guests. My breakfast meal therefore only consisted of starches.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and housekeeping made sure to keep it that way. I loved the Dove products for the bathroom. The room had a mini fridge and microwave and that was of a convenience. Only down side was the breakfast. Everything came from low quality, prepackaged items. Only thing that was fresh was the waffles.

There were numerous homeless people laying around on the property. One homeless man was sleeping on the floor outside of a room. The grassy area for dogs had no poop bags available to pick up poop, therefore people were letting their dogs poop and just left it laying around. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was very friendly; room service personnel were very helpful; toilet seemed to be running all the time as if it never filled up. Hot water facet handle in sink seemed to be loose. I guess I didn't notice that the entrance to rooms were on outside. Don't particularly care for that arrangement. Was looking for eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, etc. when it advertised free breakfast.
