My 2nd favorite hotel to visit. Rooms get cold. Showers are hot and bed is very comfy.

Good location , excellent service and the room is really comfortable

I will not be staying at Hotel Indigo again. I left two shirts in the closet of my room (which of course is my fault); however, I called the hotel approximately 3 hours after checkout and I was told someone would check on it and call me back. I never received a callback. I called the next morning and again was told someone would check and call me back....no callback. I called the next evening and was told the shirts were not found. Absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, I can't recall a hotel that I've stayed in that didn't provide complimentary coffee in the lobby....until Hotel Indigo. I was charged $4 for an 8oz cup. To be fair, there was a Keurig in the room, but come on, brew some fresh coffee for your guests....sheesh.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled fresh throughout the facility. I noticed the decorative bed covering on both beds were dirty. The white comforter also had stains therefore I requested another one. Staff said they are low due to the hotel was booked but was able to find one which I was pleased. 2 of the pillows didn’t appear to be fresh so I removed them. On the day of checkout we noticed yellow fluid stains on 1 bed and old dried blood drips on the other while we were looking for our belongings. To sum it up, the room was clean but the bedding had not been changed.

Room 314, bathroom flooding whenever the shower was used. At least 1/4 inch water covering the floor. Unsafe to try and use toilet. Would not move us to another room.

Top hotel in Frisco, i loved it

I loved my stay at Indigo! The staff was so nice and I was lucky enough to snag a front row parking spot each day. Room was super clean and the housekeeping staff had my bed made and fresh towels out each day.

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the events that we were there to attend. The only complaint was the service in the dining area one evening. The help seemed distracted and less than attentive to the customers.

Check-in was fast, efficient, and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was good size and very clean. Hot water needed to be a little more hot
