Overall good location and newer property. Stayed on property for four nights reserved a room for four guest. Not one of the days did they ever have enough towels or washcloths for all of us only two. I even asked at the front desk if they could provide these the following days and still had to stop down every day and get more towels. The one day our room got cleaning skipped completely. Staff on site was very nice and accommodating overall.

I was told my reservation was cancelled when I arrived. I had to pay the $148.69 again for one night stay. No refund from ******* or the hotel.

Convenient to Toyota Stadium. Internet is very unreliable if working at all. Staff is not very accommodating. Was there for a week for Business and had to leave because they didn't have reliable internet. Fitness center was surprisingly nice compared to most.

We stayed here from June 17 thru 21 and did not get maid service once. I even paid a maid $10 and my room still did not get cleaned. Highly disappointed in the maid service.

They cancelled my reservation because they over booked.

It was not great. The refrigerator was set way too cold and froze my chicken Caesar salad. I will have to check the temperature next time. On Saturday morning the fire alarm went off and it was a false alarm and woke many people up. Lastly the water pressure could have been much better for the price paid.

The stay was fine rooms were super clean and breakfast was actually GREAT! Great customer service from Corey. Only issue I had was my deposits still are PENDING WEEKS LATER! My bank saying it them they saying it’s the bank but I was promised points that I NEVER GOT so maybe they don’t keep their word or release deposits back IDK! It was a issue with the Wi-Fi on a Saturday night and I asked what was going on in the front desk lady instead of saying there was an issue got smart with us like it was our fault. The Internet was out when she could have just apologize for the beginning about the inconvenience it’s not what you say is how you say it! I would definitely stay here again, but if they’re not gonna keep the word on giving me points because of the issue, I have with the laundry room and I don’t know I really would have loved to get this place to five star but I want my deposit back and my points that I was promised !

Stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely come again.

Good property for a quick over night stay. Rooms are super dark with limited windows and dark paint. But served its purpose.
