弗賴拉辛舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Frisco)

My husband and I traveled 26 hours and stayed at this hotel to only be treated poorly. My husband wanted ice and forgot his bottle in the car, so he went and grabbed and asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell him where the ice machine was located on the 1st floor so that he wouldn’t have to go back up to the second floor. She asked him what room are you in and he told her. She then asks him who’s name is the room under and he politely asked her why did that matter? She then walked away from him and started helping another customer and told him I’m busy helping someone else. That sent me over the edge! So my husband had to come all the way back to the car, get our room key and had to go up to the second floor just to get some damn ice when she could have just told him where the ice machine was on the first floor. Clearance was AWESOME! I am huge on good customer service. That determines a lot and we will never stay here again!

My husband and I frequently stay in hotels across Texas. This one was clean, cool and totally fine for our one night stay. However, our end of the hall smelled like **** the whole time we were there. Guess its hard to tell which room its coming from but we have encountered this before in other hotels. All in all is was a clean cozy room.

The room smell bad, sheets were stained and staff was rude. First morning was downstairs for breakfast at 6am, nothing was ready pre-package items was locked. Ask the kitchen staff she said she doesn’t start until 6:45 to 7am to serve breakfast. She was rude and poor customer service when we said that the front desk said at 6am she reply I don’t care I do it at 6:45 to 7. Walk away.

We LOVED our stay, especially the wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Our room was musty at first, but as soon as i let the front desk know they quickly sent someone to clean the air-conditioning filters and it solved the problem. Very comfy bed. We would stay there again!

Decent place. Bad traffic area. One front desk clerk was curt. The other wasted 10 minutes of our time looking at pictures on another customer’s phone while we and another person waited in line to check out.

Everything was great! Near enough to food places to walk. There was a stadium that was within walking distance as well. I believe it was for FC Dallas. Enjoyed the staff and the stay!

After the first night we had our room changed to a non road front room. The traffic noise was unbearable. The room was changed without any problem.

Nothing great. Perfectly fine for a night or two. Suite is underwhelming compared to other suites.

Great location,great staff the only issue i had was a little mold that builed up in bathroom.
