I enjoyed the valet. They were kind, professional and quick. As for the rest of this place, they do not run the AC in the building, only in the rooms. The pool was SO DIRTY, including the cabanas/lounge areas. The dining here tasted incredible, once it finally arrived after an hour and twenty minute wait for our food to get to the table. They did offer us a free alcoholic beverage for having to wait so long, but it was torture listening to the singer play his music as loud as possible for a one-table audience. We were the only people sitting. I still don’t understand how it took so long. Also, the desk staff is beyond useless when you have an issue with your stay. Our AC wasn’t blowing, and it took until 3:30AM for them to finally move us to another room. Which they didn’t give us a key to until the next day. I had to unsafely leave my sleeping child alone in Our room, run down the hall (3 trips total) to the cracked-open door of the new room to put our belongings in, and run back to get him out of the bed. For the price, this place is a nightmare. So sad at the experience we had

Was disappointing that the only dinner service offered is at the bar which was understaffed. Poolside service for a holiday could have been more heavily staffed also. Overall a clean and comfortable room, but our room was missing a tv remote and had a dried splatter of something on the wall. We had a tv remote delivered to the room, but the buttons didn’t work well. There were some adult guests being very loud and vulgar in the common areas which was surprising to see. Nice place with good amenities, but they don’t seem to be utilizing everything they could be. Also a little disappointed that some guests were not held to a higher standard, but understaffing aided in that I think.

For a pre fathers day, night away we stayed in the suite. It had nice views of the golf course and the pool. We had a spa day, lounged at the pool, and dinner across the street at III Forks. It was a pleasant 24 hour getaway. Easy, nice, and great location.

I booked this hotel for my 45th birthday. First, I must say that the staff is very friendly and helpful from Front Desk to Valet, Restaurant and Concierge. Those that I encountered were great and also the ladies at the restaurant who helped me with my dietary restricted order for 3 nights. For the price I paid for the room, I was disappointed. The bathroom smelled of sulfuric gas, the carpet by the window was very worn and dirty. Dust was in the vents above the toilet. The sink was slow to drain ( I had to call maintenance to get it fixed), the drain hole in the sink was dirty and needed a good scrub. I tried to use my disinfectant wipes to clean it but they did not work. So I plugged it with tissue so I did not have to see it while I brushed my teeth. I wanted my hotel room to be relaxing, clean and inviting but found this to be very below par. This hotel needs updating. Again, for the price I paid per night, I was expecting great ambiance. Needless to say, I will not be returning to stay at this hotel. Staff is great. Rooms are not.

Property was in a great location and parking was easy. It was decorated nicely and had a nice outdoor area and pool/hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property is ok but it definitely needs to be remodeled. Certain parts smell old and there seems to be a wedding here often. I probably wouldn’t stay here again until they remodel.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and so kind!! Wendy was the sweet lady EVER!!! So helpful. We loved her. Food was great too. View was amazing. We loved the basement and all the extras that y’all had to offer. Best experience EVER

The front desk staff had very poor customer skills - yawing and stretching in your face, like she had just got out of bed. Nice property - too bad about the staff/ not going there any time soon

We had a great stay at Westin Stone Briar. Loved the suite option for the room, and appreciated the roll away bed they provided us. Staff was nice, property was clean.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for one night just for the pool. Very nice pool and bar was quick to attend

The staff was absolutely amazing! We had a great time at the pool. Everything was extremely clean - great experience

Great proximity to the grandscape complex. Pool is very nice and not overcrowded with children. Great girls trip hotel.
