Couldn’t park in reserved garage parking because the pass was not left in unit as stated…was told that I’d have to go find parking elsewhere.
Fob’s weren’t programmed, or were dead, and would not gain entry into the property gates and garage, as stated.
Dirty towels were left in both bathrooms, hanging in the back of each bathroom door.
Toilet in guest bathroom was left unflushed with nasty stuff in it.
Pillow cases in guest bedroom were wet and dirty.
These are all things we noticed within the first 30 minutes of being there, and we left and stayed in a hotel instead.
Kasa did reach out twice about sending them pictures of the problems, but never an offer of a different unit or refund of any kind.
If it would’ve just been one problem, we would have done our best to work through it, but we found so many issues as soon as we got there.
