達拉斯弗賴拉辛卡薩公寓酒店(Kasa Frisco Dallas)

최악의 경험. 다시는 안가요. 가족들끼리 있는데, 갑자기 허락없이 카사직원이 문을 열고 들어왔습니다. 심지어, 아파트 들어가는 입구도 엄청 헤맸구요. 감옥같이 생긴 최악의 아파트 다시는 안갑니다. 바닥에는 다른 사람들이 먹고 남은 시리얼이 떨어져있고요. 굉장히 더럽습니다

Took us about 25 mins to get into the property at arrival the code we were given didn’t work. Also the sink and tub shower didn’t drain and was backed up in the Main bedroom. We notified Kasa of the situation but maint. never came to fix it during our stay.

I was relocated to a different hotel due to water leak in the room we had booked. Although we didn’t get to stay were we wanted they were quick in response and made everything ok. We will try to book again on our next trip.

Amazing place to stay. Only recommendation is to add tvs in the bedrooms, overall a great place

It’s right next to the highway (which provides easy access) so you do hear some highway noise.

We have staryed here many times and appreciate the spacious accommodations. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Frisco area has so much to do.

This property was amazing and near a lot of shopping dining, sports and festivities for family and friends

The location and property was great! My only subpar comment is related to the furniture in the unit. The couch in my unit had a few large stains/soiled areas on it.

Couldn’t park in reserved garage parking because the pass was not left in unit as stated…was told that I’d have to go find parking elsewhere. Fob’s weren’t programmed, or were dead, and would not gain entry into the property gates and garage, as stated. Dirty towels were left in both bathrooms, hanging in the back of each bathroom door. Toilet in guest bathroom was left unflushed with nasty stuff in it. Pillow cases in guest bedroom were wet and dirty. These are all things we noticed within the first 30 minutes of being there, and we left and stayed in a hotel instead. Kasa did reach out twice about sending them pictures of the problems, but never an offer of a different unit or refund of any kind. If it would’ve just been one problem, we would have done our best to work through it, but we found so many issues as soon as we got there.
