Manager/GM was disrespectful to me as a woman made me cry at check in humiliated me in front of his entire staff called me liar stating my dog was not a service dog even after showing him the card information then the entire staff proceeded to be rude to me my entire 2 and a half week stay there while I was waiting for my apar**ent to be ready to move in I spent over a thousand dollars and cleaned my own room took out my own trash had to walk to front desk every day asking for towels trash bags soap clean sheets I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE ANYWHERE JASON THE MANAGER/GM IS WORKING He and his staff except the Supervisor is awful and mean

I booked this hotel for my wife for her a business trip. She said they were given room keys for another guest room who was in their room! They were "upgraded" to a handicap accessible room, which these types of rooms are not upgrades imo. The water smelled fowl coming from the faucet, which may be a summer Texas heat issue. It was not the experience they were expecting given the other reviews of the property. The staff were apologetic about the room debacle and friendly.

The hotel room was not that impressive. The AC system was not very user-friendly. The interior of the room had poor workmanship. I would assume that for $200 a night. The state would’ve been a bit more impressive. Seem like more along the lines of $100 per night hotel to me.

Everything was nice, easy, clean and quiet! And the breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious and even though it was over 100 degrees outside the whole time, the AC kept the room at a nice 69 degrees. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

Not much to say, centro Mexico City. Noisy and trafic

Hotel was good for a short trip. Clean and friendly staff. Nice location, easy access to Main Street.

Good place to stay and affordable if you book during the week. Rates go up significantly on the weekend. Breakfast and coffee is good. However, the sausage gravy offered every other day is too thin and doesn’t taste great. They should go back to the sausage links only and forget the gravy. I would definitely stay here again.
