金斯頓401高速公路分區街萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Kingston Highway 401/Division Street)

Just a nice casual weekend. The hotel is conveniently located and it is close to everything. My daughter also loved the pool! Room was quite clean and spacious.

We booked a room in this hotel for the pool cause of a promise we made to our kids, and free breakfast. We got here no free breakfast and when we went to the pool it was closed for maintenance and they told us it will reopen in 2 hours. Came back again 2 hours later with kids that really we’re looking forward to get into the pool to tell us it’s not opening again that evening and probably not the next day. It was extremely disappointing since we came a long way and there’s nothing really to do with kids in the evenings here. So not coming back again for sure.

Very clean hotel with good customer service. My only complaints are the bed pillows are so soft they are useless. I stronly recommend bringing you own pillow. Staff was kind and brough me more pillows but they were way to soft no support at all. My other complaint is no free coffey or water bottle filling station in the lobby. I understand they have a starbucks in the lobby but i am not a fan of starbucks or the pricing. Overall a good experience but if i return i will bring my own pillows

Staff was great! Not having breakfast included wasn't great, but then the cost of buying it was crazy expensive. $17... $7 for a coffee. Way too much. Smoke detector went off every time we showered. Gym could use a few more small weights. Clean and nice. Good area.

L’hôtel en générale était très bien, cependant à 1h15 du matin, l’alarme d’incendie s’est déclenchée et nous avons dû évacuer en toute vitesse. Très stressant comme situation. Les pompiers sont arrivés, et par la suite nous avons pu demander ce qui s’est passé, à la réception on nous a dit que c’était une fausse alerte à la piscine et de retourner nous coucher à nos chambres. Disons que c’est difficile de reprendre le sommeil par la suite. Rien ne nous été offert en guise de dédommagement. Aucunes excuses, rien.
