"After a very friendly welcome and check-in, we settled into our bright and welcoming room on the 4th floor. The view from the large balcony was outstanding. The friendliness of the service staff (bar, restaurant, room service) was exceptional. Requests were always fulfilled very quickly. The selection of delicious food for breakfast and dinner was very diverse and plentiful, especially the appetizer and salad buffet in the evening. The pool was pleasantly warm, although a bit small. The spa area, with its Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin, was pleasantly bright and well-equipped. There were always plenty of sauna towels available. Fruit, dried fruit, tea, and water were also always on hand. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay in a very friendly atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
