亞特蘭大廣場西北萬豪酒店(Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria)

Llegué al hotel y ellos no respetaron mi reservación, me dijeron que en hotel estaba sobre vendido y que mi reservación había sido cancelada. Me murarían a otro hotel pero ahí no había lugar. Después de discutir varios minutos, me dijeron que no había nada que hacer, que la reservación había sido hecha por ******* y ellos debían responderme. Les dije que nunca me contactaron ni me mandaron ningún mensaje al respecto, pero igual no me dieron mi habitación y me mandaron a otro hotel. Estoy muy molesto!!

The photos of the room advertised are not what they are in real life. Rooms and run down and old. For that price, could get a nicer room at a lower scale hotel. Shop around first.

Hotel is very run down. Very busy weekend only one elevator working. We had no hot water for two days and when we called the the front desk they sent up a maintenance and he was completely rude. Our tub leaked water continuously and there was gnats in the tub. The lock on the door did not work because it had been broken and there was a big hole in our door that had tape over it.

Restaurang and general staff are polite and amazing. Had a few issues will the front desk and "extra billing". Then a housekeeping member came in my room at 845am and asked me if I was checking out. When I said what time is checkout?? He responded with now. I called the desk clerk to ask what was going on and she said he was wrong. They gave me free drink vouchers and breakfast.. but I can't understand why I was double billed both nights and then told I needed to stop by the desk because I needed to pay taxes? I prepaid the room. Both nights. There is something going on with your desk and billing.

Service is amazing. Especially at the small lounge in the lobby. The only downside to my stay was the cleanliness of the room. I arrived after 2am and after a long travel day a hot shower was what I was looking forward to, the bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. After speaking with the front desk the next morning it was taken care of by the time I returned.

The L1 level needs some updating. There were a lot of watermarks in the ceiling and it just didn’t feel as nice as the rest of the hotel.

We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to even get to the front desk to be told that they didn't have any rooms available. People were waiting for hours after the 3pm check in time to even get a room. We didn't have one assigned until we got back from our concert after 1 am.

The room was very dated. The tub did not drain well and kept standing water and the facet was about to fall off of the wall. There wasn’t a mini fridge in the room.
