Localização incrível, cercada pela natureza exuberante dos Açores. Quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e com vista deslumbrante para as montanhas. Equipe super simpática e acolhedora, nos fazendo sentir em casa.

Le site est à quelques minutes du village et tout près du lac. Accueil charmant, tout le personnel est très sympathique et donne beaucoup d’infos sur les environs. Très joli bungalow spacieux en pleine nature Mini cuisine et petite terrasse. Piscine agréable Magnifique buffet pour le petit-déjeuner. Salle décorée avec soin dans une ambiance très nature. Dommage que le restaurant était fermé le jour de notre passage car c’est un tel havre de paix que nous n’avions pas envie de retourner au village pour le dîner. Le SPA en construction sera un plus pour l’établissement. Notre regret n’y avoir passé qu’une nuit.

Un havre de paix au coeur de la nature à deux pas du lac de Furnas. Les petites maisons japonisantes sur pilotis sont très bien équipées, ultra lumineuse avec un coin cuisine vous permettant de faire votre petit déjeuner ou de dîner si vous n’avez pas envie de sortir au restaurant. Le village de Furnas est à 10 min en voiture, la plage à 20 min. Accueil très sympa, très souriant. Belle piscine, fraîche car chauffée naturellement mais on est aux Açores ! Bref je recommande pour séjourner dans la région. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits.

我和妻子本來想在這裡住四晚，結果在20天的亞速爾群島之旅住了八天。我們的房間是我們最喜歡的房間之一，我強烈推薦。這不是一家典型的酒店，但在我看來，它要好得多。所有員工都非常謙遜友好，隨時準備提供協助。考慮到整個酒店規模不大，他們的熱情周到讓我印象深刻。別墅（基本上是小型的自助式一房公寓）漂亮舒適。餐廳也很棒。我們每天晚上都會回來，就為了喝杯雞尾酒，在花園裡小坐一會兒。此外，從車庫步行約10分鐘即可輕鬆抵達弗爾納斯鎮，或直接從弗爾納斯湖周圍步行即可到達——地理位置優越。身為建築師，我很欣賞整個園區的品質。業主住在園區內，我感覺他們在規劃這裡花了不少心思。他們還養馬。

Ótimo hotel, localização privilegiada em terreno arborizado e em frente ao lago de Furnas. Cabanas grandes, quarto e sala. Cozinha bem equipada para refeições simples. Falta melhorar blackout da sala e isolamento térmico da sala não é bom. Faz frio para quem dorme a noite na sala. Recepcionistas muito simpáticas e educadas. Restaurante do hotel aconchegante e staff atencioso. Poucas opções no cardápio . Carta de vinhos variada. Piscina não aquecida. Preço um pouco elevado para São Miguel. Próximo ao vilarejo de Furnas, 5 minutos de carro. O lago em frente a propriedade é a cereja do bolo de São Miguel. Belíssimo é um ótimo convite para caminhada ou treking. Em resumo, hotel lindo e aconchegante, muito bem localizado.

Excellente situation au coeur d'un jardin luxuriant. Logement spacieux avec salon et kitchenette et très propre. Malgé le temps humide nous avons pleinement profité de ce lieu avec un accueil excellent, un petit déjeuner de grande qualité avec des produits très frais. Nous avons pu également profiter un soir du restaurant avec d'excellents mets et un excellent service. La piscine était froide, se renseigner avant si elle est chauffée en saison.

非常糟糕的體驗。晚上8:30到的，根本沒辦法去餐廳，即使有空位也要預訂……他們還邀請你進城。小屋很乾淨，但毫無特色。晚上要小心，客廳的陽台直接通往池塘上方一公尺高的落差😅 午餐從早上8:30開始，所以如果你要搬家的話，不適合提前離開。唯一的優點是晚上回來時驚喜地發現一個餐盤。性價比很差…不推薦

Dit is een prachtige plek. Super rustig en mooie omgeving. Met het meer van Furnas vlakbij. Je kan rondom het meer naar de Caldeiras wandelen. Wanneer je met de auto bent kan je van hieruit makkelijk de streek verkennen, zonder vraagt wat meer taxi. Maar deze zijn makkelijk te bestellen en betaalbaar. De huisjes zijn goed onderhouden en je hebt er alle comfort. Enkel het bed mocht voor mij wat zachter, maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt. Het ontbijt is schitterend, met lekkere zelfgemaakte en plaatselijke producten. Ook de staff is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is zeer goed, wat duurder voor de streek maar zeker een aanrader. Je boekt best je tafel op voorhand. De vegetarische opties zijn zeeeeeer lekker en origineel. De bediening vriendelijk en enthousiast. Kortom, dit is een plek om te genieten.

Self catering and using hotels facilities - all really good Very peaceful spot. Two days relaxing and walking round beautiful Furnas Lake ( crater) - close to Interpretation Centre ( everything you might need to know about creation of Azores from volcanoes) - thermal pools - cooking in fumaroles. We walked everywhere - just over hour to Furnas town and amazing Terra Nostra botanic gardens with bubbling lake and warm water pools. If self catering bring supplies- long walk and steep climb back from town!

Best stay in a crowded Sao Miguel. The staff at Furnas were excellent - personable and professional. The rooms were minimalist but we enjoyed the one bedroom style very much while our children had ample space in their separate studio building. The grounds are peaceful and tranquil. It was lovely to spend time by the pool after a busy day. The spa was being built - this will be an amazing addition! The specialty cocktails were ingenious and delicious - as was the dining. This is a must stay! It also provided access to many of the wonderful adventure spots on this side of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The setting is quiet and peaceful. Modestly, but tastefully decorated, all spaces were comfortable. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Every member of the staff we met was warm, friendly and helpful. I didn’t use it, but the small pool looked good. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety of breads, fruit, eggs, etc. Excellent bar. The restaurant was a slight problem. The à la carte menu is only available to guests. Otherwise, your only choices are prix fixe tasting menus of 75 Euros (each) or more. I never ate there, having learned of the à la carte requirement near the end of my stay. But several couples dining while I had a drink appeared pleased.

Beautiful location and across the cobbled road from the stunning lake. Very peaceful and food was expensive but beautiful. We loved the peaceful location. Rooms are modestly decorated and Worth noting that the beds are very firm so not a comfortable stay and there are no curtains at all in lounge area where second bed is. Making mornings tricky!! Visit the furnas hot springs as a must but parking is very difficult!!

Came here on our honeymoon and were given the warmest welcome. The setting was beautiful and serene. We liked wandering through the gardens before dinner at the excellent on site restaurant. There is a large park right next to the hotel and I liked going for a run around the lake in the mornings. Everything was so great, we chose to extend our stay by another night!
