I recently stayed at your property for three nights and would like to share my experience, as it did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
I had booked an apartment with two rooms and an extra bed. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortably hot. When we contacted the reception, we were informed that it was too late to change rooms, despite the AC being faulty. As a result, some of us had to sleep in the living room, and we were unable to fully utilize the second bedroom we had paid for.
The following day, after several follow-ups, we were finally moved to a different apartment. However, the new apartment had a strong and unpleasant odor upon entry. Additionally, I had to repeatedly request the extra bed that was part of our booking. Despite our persistence and the late hour, the bed was only provided after I went to reception personally and filed a formal complaint where they apologized and promised to refund my an extra bed charge and provide a fruit as a gift. But unfortunately after checked out they didn’t refund what they promised me.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the service did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the quality of service for future guests.
