旅屋酒店(Travelodge)

TraveLodge Kasane one of my favorite. From friendly front desk staff. A very attentive manager. Very clean pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Serve very good food from both buffets and al catre menu. Mind you, i enjoyed the bream fish. Big up TraveLodge Kasane.

Lovely Hotel, spacious, tiled and great customer service. It is beautiful, fresh breeze Hotel, with exceptionally fresh food and organic meat, staff is very respectful and willing to help each time, had a lovely stay. I was unhappy with 1 thing, pest control should be done regularly to prevent all creepy crawlies.

The stuff was friendly. The room was clean and beautiful. The food was excellent. The shuttle got to the airport right on time. I didn't have to wait. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. I highly recommend it 👌🏽

Happiness!!! It felt very safe being there. The rooms were tidy at all times. I enjoyed their breakfast menu. The outside area offers a beautiful breeze because Botswana is quite hot. The BAR selection is also good.

Even though I stayed for 2 nights, I've enjoyed every single day therefore I see myself coming back over and over to enjoy once more your reception and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any person I know seeking for a place to stay.

1. I asked for a 5:30am wake-up call for early morning airport drop off. NO WAKE-UP CALL ! To me, this drops the hotel rating to 0, cause this is basic hotel service! No excuse! 2. I asked the front desk why no Wi-Fi signal. Front desk made no effort to address the problem. Said she was going to call the supervisor but made no attempt. Too busy helping other customers that came after me. 3. Beside these 2 problems, all other services at this hotel were good. Hope these issues can be resolved. Thank you!

Facilities are in good condition Meals are ok but a bit bland Breakfast options were good Most staff were not warm and appeared reluctant to help. Swimming pool was clean and a good size

Great place but there is still need for improvement in other areas.There is a need to adjust breakfast,0630hrs is too early.Improve food quality,The bacon that was srved on breakfast was not of good quaity.
