Staff was amazing! Rose greeted us with such kindness! Breakfast was great, with various choices. Ms. Shirley kept everything readily available and was very kind! The rooms were clean, a bit outdated but not an issue. Water was hot and shower pressure was fantastic! The indoor pool was the icing on the cake! Huge, nicely lit with blue lights and good temperature!

Room was very dirty. Stuff all over the desk and just not clean at all. I wondered if the beds were even changed from the last user?

Staff was friendly and I didn’t do breakfast. Parking would have been fine but outside work on the landscaping was a little inconvenient. But it will be done soon and it will not be an issue. It certainly doesnt negatively impact my decision to stay again.

We had put our stuff in the room and then left for 5 hours and came back, and found a bed bug on one of the pillows. Also discovered while looking for other bugs, it looked like the sheets on the other bed had not been changed. We captured the bug in between two plastic cups, got our stuff together, and proceeded to the desk to check out. We handed the bug to the front desk clerk, and he took the cups apart, and shook the bug out onto the floor BEFORE asking if it was a bed bug. Im still waiting on a refund, after emailing a picture to (im assuming) management. I do not wish to stay at this hotel again.
