蓋恩斯維爾歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville)

I dive always stayed at Hampton inn because I could count on cleanliness and quality. I am disappointed with this location. The hallways to the rooms were very filthy and needed to be changed. Each bed had 4 pillows but they were very worn out and flat. Our room closet door latch was broken and wouldn’t stay shut. The bathroom sink had dark splatters on the side of the bowel questioning if they even sanitized anything in the room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good during our two days there. We won’t be staying there again unless they make things better. Sorry, but this was my experience.

Water leak on your head in the lounge. Roachs in the room. No room clean your visit. Want a towel you must call lobby. Soap call lobby. Pool full of bugs can’t swim. Tons of bugs crawling and flying around in lobby and door way. I almost fell trying to go outside.

Didn't like having nothing to watch on tv. Direct Tv was out both days that we were there. Didn't like loud footsteps on third floor. Guess there was construction going on. Couldn't sleep after 7am. That's what time the noise started. They wouldn't stop until 5pm or later.

I really liked the property. However, the rooms are not carpeted, best to ask for a top floor. I heard all of the “heavy” foot traffic in the room above me. It was so loud it woke me up when they either fell or dropped something. They really need to do some additional soundproofing!

The room was clean. The breakfast was great. We have stayed at many Hamptons and never had Western Omelets. There was chipped pain in the windowsills. However, overall had a nice stay.

Very clean, well-appointed room. Hallway carpet on 2nd floor was disgusting.....old and not vacuumed. Water-saver shower head was annoying. As a guest I am not responsible for reducing business/overhead costs.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in comfort, quality and friendly staff. Awesome pool and great breakfast. Nice spacious rooms and height quality! Would definitely go back.

It was an excellent stay. The only problem was the pool water was very murky couldn't get in. The rest of the property was awesome

My only complaint is the air conditioner was loud. And the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The employees were very friendly!!
