Great service. Had to call a few times because of noise above us at 1100pm. Also the pool was freezing. Needed a heater. Hot Breakfast bar was amazing with great service.

No tricks and clean, so it's good... For the market...

El hotel está muy lindo, pena que el servicio del personal de recepción no está a la altura de la marca. Llegamos el 1 de septiembre de 2023 en la noche y la habitación tenía el aire acondicionado dañado y como consecuencia un olor desagradable. Vinieron dos veces de recepción y “supuestamente” lo arreglaron, pero continuó con el inconveniente. Tuvimos una noche malísima y no dormimos. A la mañana siguiente, llamamos varias veces a recepción para notificar la situación y nos indicaron que no habían habitaciones disponibles que sería en la tarde. Insistimos y nos lograron dar otra habitación. Ahora mismo estamos en la nueva habitación que nos dieron y la alfombra está mojada por el aire y la intensidad del frío ha bajado. No volveremos a auspiciar esta marca de hotel.

Lock didnt work when checking in, it took me calling 5 times to get someone to answer the phone downstairs. I had already brought my bags to the room and I felt the person at the desk should have brought me new keys so I wouldn’t have to leave my bags unattended or carry them back downstairs. The room was nice once I got in it. Seems like a brand new hotel. Yes I would book here again.

Yo tengo experiencia en limpieza y todo el hotel necesita limpieza profunda y mejor capacitación para los empleados

Muy buenas las habitaciones. La atencion en la recepcion fue excelente. El desayuno estuvo muy bien tambien al igual que las empleadas que nos atendieron
