卡斯特羅迪斯帕特納度假酒店及水療中心的評價

酒店的風景特別好，在泳池邊曬曬太陽，打打網球，泳池衞生也很不錯。酒店內還有一家2025米其林一星餐廳，記得預約，非常值得。

Sono stato molte volte in Toscana, specie nelle zone del Chianti, ma questo restort lo porterò sempre nel cuore per una serie di motivi, personali e non. Personali perchè è stato la ciliegina sulla torta dei festeggiamenti per il sessantesimo compleanno di mia moglie. Gli altri motivi includono l'impeccabile stile e meravigliosa cornice che questo resort si porta in dote. Tutto è stato piacevolmente perfetto... tranne forse il tempo, ma quello non è possibile includerlo nell'oraganizzazione. L'ambiente circostante sono le splendide colline toscane dove spiccano vigneti e oliveti, anche quelli per la produzione di vino ed olio a marchio Castello di Spaltenna. L'ambiente interno è raffinato e ben tenuto, con personale moldo disponibile e cordiale. Le camere sono uno spettacolo. Molto pulite, con arredi di altri tempi, biancheria di ottimo livello e un bagno dotato di tutto il necessario, compresa la doccia doppia (si con due doccioni alle estremità). La colazione è varia, sia dolce che salata, può soddisfare ogni palato, sia italiano che internazionale. E se qualcosa non c'è sono gentilissimi ad accontentarti. Per esempio abbiamo chiesto ogni mattina una ciotolina di olive che ci hanno fatto avere senza problemi. Una menzione va alla sorridente Celeste, che ci ha anche dato preziosi consigli turistici. I miei figli, con rispettivi compagni hanno provato anche la SPA e me ne hanno tessuto le lodi, così come le piscine. Anche tutti i contatti di prenotazione, sono stati molto cordiali e anche aperti alle nostre svariate richieste. Un grazie quindi anche a Daniele (restourant manager) e Tiziano (marketing manager) per aver pazientemente risposto a tutte le mie mail. Volevo che questa breve vacanza fosse perfetta, e abbiamo gradito moltissimo l'omaggio avuto ormai prossimi alla partenza. Un gesto non banale e di classe, che ci ricorderemo con molto piacere e ci farà sicuramente tornare. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole veramente staccare la spina e rigenerarsi, meglio se con la famiglia o gli amici più cari.

Hôtel de charme, très bien situé en hauteur avec une vue à couper le souffle. Jardins superbes avec un très grand nombres de rosiers remarquables parfaitement entretenus. Chambre rustique mais très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux en terrasse avec point de vue panoramique.

This was the last of 3 hotels we stayed in while on a Perillo tour. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The grounds and views are breathtaking. It is out in the country, so you definitely need a car or will have to hire a car to take you around. There are 2 restaurants on site. One is a Michelin Star restaurant which we did not have a chance to go to. The other restaurant is in the main building and down a flight of stair and this is where we had breakfast each morning. There is also a small bar in the restaurant. The view from the back patio on the restaurant is awesome. There is a pool with plenty of lounge chairs around and more beautiful views. There is also an indoor pool and a spa. There are several room types. We were in the main building in a room up a couple of sets of stairs. There are no elevators in the main building so if you have any mobility issues this could be a problem. Our room had a beautiful big bathroom, plenty of space to hang clothes, and plenty of room to move around. Some of our group was placed in buildings outside of the main building and they loved their rooms as well. Staff was great and very helpful and friendly. My husband and I choose not to go on one of the tours one day and stayed at the hotel for the entire day just to have the chance to enjoy it's beauty. I would definitely go back!!

Domaine en pierres magnifique au milieu d’une végétation typiquement toscane. La piscine est superbe et la vue à couper le souffle. La chambre est très ambiance vieux château. La salle de bains est vraiment datée et n’a rien de charmant pour ma part c’est décevant pour un 5 étoiles. La restauration de la brasserie est correcte mais les tarifs sont élevés.

The castle is beautiful on the outside, with well-maintained grounds and one of the nicest pools I've seen recently. The spa area is also very nice. However, the rooms are disappointing. The furniture is old, and the decor looks dated. Despite this, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are nice. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and this one is just okay. There are two restaurants on the premises, one of which is Michelin-starred. We did not eat there because the staff was extremely rude and condescending. We were poorly received by a very rude woman who is the sommelier, Miss E. Her behavior ruined our evening. Instead, we dined at the Osteria restaurant with a garden view, where the staff was much friendlier, and we felt welcomed as one should at any venue, especially a five-star hotel. The view was far more interesting than the internal castle court, which was hot, cramped, and had a very unwelcoming staff. The sommelier later came to our table at the Osteria, supposedly to apologize, but her confrontational attitude only made things worse, further ruining our dining experience. Overall, the castle is not worth the money. There are better places to stay with less attitude from the staff. Instead of apologizing, she made her very unprofessional attitude our problem trying to say she had lots to do and we were the issue because we interrupted her work which was in no way true. This is truly unacceptable behavior for a five-star hotel. I will never stay there again. If this attitude towards clients is accepted by the hotel managers, then there is a huge problem with how the hotel is run.

We just left Castillo di Spaltenna yesterday after a 5 day stay, we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here. We travelled with friends and all 4 of us got massages which we all loved. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. Food was great, and drinks were made exactly how we wanted. A huge shout out to Augustine, our bartender, he was always accommodating and remembered what we liked, outstanding service! All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, housekeepers kept our rooms very clean, and always came just at the right times. The resort is a very short walk from town with lots of restaurants for dinner variety.

Il Castello di Spaltenna è uno di quei luoghi in cui almeno una volta bisogna fermarsi e anche per più di una notte. Il posto è davvero fantastico, non manca nulla, il personale super cordiale e professionale. Per quanto riguarda le camere sono molto belle e caratteristiche. Non vediamo l'ora di poter soggiornare nuovamente all'interno di questo castello, consigliatissimo!

This is truly a beautiful and special place to stay! The staff was wonderful and our room (Terrace View Suite) was lovely, although be advised that the walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbor blow their nose and carry on a conversation even at quiet talking levels). The grounds and view are exquisite, (breathtaking) and the spa looked fantastic (I regret not scheduling a spa day!) The location made a great base to explore all of Tuscany, with most towns and sites we wanted to see within a 10 - 90 minute drive. We would NOT recommend dining at La Terrazza (it was pretty horrible - the worst food I recall having in years dining out) but they do have a Michelin starred restaurant, Il Pievano worth considering. Overall I would stay here again, but perhaps request the Terrace View Suite on the end so that we only had one shared wall, to keep the noise down!
