Ein wirlich schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Das geräumige Doppelzimmer ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Vom großen Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick bis zum Meer. Auch die Poolanlage haben wir sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage ist für Touren über die Insel ideal. Nahdran und doch fernab vom Massentourismus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pendant notre séjour, la réception était fermée, pas de parking, le stationnement est dans la rue.

Chambre spacieuse joliment décorée (l'hôtel datant de 2020) avec très belle terrasse. Grande piscine agréable avec plusieurs espaces transats et le plus : possibilité de se baigner a toute heure (tant que c'est fait avec respect des autres). Petit déjeuner assez bon

Very nice hotel, ideal for relax. The team is awesome! Specially Nicos that have suggested us many places to visit, and all of them were amazing. Every day the breakfast was delicious, with something different. The room was spacious and very clean! We also rent a car with them and was very well organised, the car was almost new! The hotel is more or less 500 meters from the beach, and it is very close to nice taverns with delicious local food. The pool was nice! Almost all day under the sun!

First class hotel with all facilities. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Great pool in a quiet area. Breakfast is good and varies each day with fresh fruit each day. We can’t fault the hotel in any way. Shops are within 200 metres as is a bus stop where it’s possible to catch buses to Chania centre, €1.50 or Elefanisi or Falasarna etc.

Bit of a mixed bag of reviews. On arrival we were quite rudely told our room isn’t ready and we are early and that the only place we can put our bags is in the breakfast restaurant where all guests were eating. I wasn’t the most comfortable with this especially with my bag having my work laptop in and expensive tech gadgets in. There is also a locked office room that he didn’t suggest, so my arrival after a long travel was not the best. Our aircon broke and it was 30 degrees and very hot so we had to contact them via *********** to come and help us due to there never being staff on the premises. Another occasion we accidentally left our expensive designer towels out by the pool and they weren’t there anymore, assuming the cleaners in the morning took them, and 2 days passed and we couldn’t ask anyone where our towels were as no staff were to be seen. After breakfast the hotel totally shuts. One thing to bear in mind is, the hotel is tiny. Other than one room where the breakfast is held, alongside the bar, one sofa and a TV which is on a wall and very small, there is nothing else there so if you’re seeking a hotel with atmosphere this isn’t for you. It’s empty, no music, and no staff, so very secluded which I liked as I was actually working whilst I was there so there was no guest noise at all and one positive is that the WiFi is good! But you did have to reconnect to it every time you used your TV in your room which was annoying. But if I wanted a drink whilst I worked, I had to walk 10 minutes down the road to a shop as the “bar” was never open or serving soft or alcoholic drinks. So other than having a broken aircon, no staff, no atmosphere, a rude entry, no bar to get drinks, and the swimming pool never being cleaned, it was not unsleepable. I mean it was probably one level above hostel. But if you like beetles in your swimming pool and bugs all around the pool, hit this place up. It’s like a safari. And on our checkout day, there was no staff around at all and a child (around 9 years old maybe) was sat at the front desk, so the only way for me to checkout was by giving my key to him. Wouldn’t return.

Excellent hotel in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the restaurants and beaches. Spotlessly clean, with a good pool. Breakfast is provided with a good selection of cooked and continental food. The People working in the Hotel are all helpful and friendly. We will be back.

The hotel is located in an almost perfect spot: not far from beautiful beaches and lively restaurants, but far enough from the main roads to be in a relaxing neighborhood. The room was clean and well equipped (they even let us pick a room with a better view), the bed was crazy comfortable - it was hard to get out of it every morning. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay, the cleaning lady (ladies?!) did an amazing job. The breakfast was okay, a bit repetitive but good for a 7 day stay - we always left with a full belly. The pool is a bit deeper than expected from first glance, but it was always clean and well maintained - also there's one for kids, so no need to worry about its depth. Judging by the amount of people at breakfasts they had lots of guests when we were staying there, still the hotel felt calm and silent all week. If you go to Crete to relax and see the area of Chania, you won't find a better place to stay at than this hotel.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel,siamo arrivati in tarda notte e ci hanno lasciato le chiavi sulla porta,camera molto bella con letto comodissimo che dava sulla piscina,colazione molto buona dolcì fatto da loro,abbondante,la mattina siamo andati già era soltanto per appoggio la camera,economica con prima colazione a due passi dalla città si chania,siamo arrivati in taxi dalla città attenti ai taxi notturni non usano i tassametri e vorrebbero fare i furbi ma noi lo abbiamo trattati come loro volevano trattare noi 10 euro prendere o lasciare 😂😂 Comunque bell hotel tranquillo che va più che bene per una notte Grazie

consigliato per chi è interessato visiatre la parte ovest di CRETA (la più bella!) stanze ampie in un bel hotel con piscina... accogliente ed attrezzato (è possibile noleggiare giornalmente una macchina) in un quartiere tranquillo... buona la colazione della mattina ed è possibile fare degli ottimi spuntini durante la giornata
