Wij hebben hier 5 nachten verbleven in verband met werk op de scheepswerf. Het is een gloednieuw hotel in een rustige wijk in Galati. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je een goed verblijf te geven. Ontbijt is goed ( perfecte espresso’s) kamers zijn ruim en brandschoon.

Friendly Kind and polite staff for the most part. Excellent Bar and friendly bar staff. Welcoming and engaging owners. Beautifully decorated throughout. More thorough housekeeping necessary. Nice food. Jacuzzi freezing. Spa was immaculate.

Great new hotel with nice rooms. During winter the heating is on full force and not able to adjust down more than a couple of degrees. Expect to sleep in 23-25 degrees. It can be solved by sleeping with an open window (which stops the heating in your room), but then expect the neighbourhood dogs to keep you awake through the night. The restaurant is quite good, but red wine by the glass is served too warm and probably 2 days too old.

The hotel is amazing. It's clear that is a new hotel but besides the fact that the rooms are big, clean the furniture is new, the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that is like 25 minutes of walking from the city center but you can have an uber

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel is well kept and the staff are very friendly. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Romania, would recommend.

We stayed in the hotel for four days. There was no hot water to make a bath. There was a lack of accessories in the room. No kettle to boil water. No bottle of water and other common accessories.

It’s a brand new facility, still having the paint smell. All is new and shiny, which is good, but sone design solutions are extremely strange so need to be corrected: - no shower door/curtain leaves a huge puddle on the floor in the bathroom - ventilation fan is extremely noisy and you can’t turn it off - no soap plate - towel dryer is not working - breakfast is good, but coffee machine works in Romanian and sometimes requires flushing (by guests), which is not good at all - desk in the room has a certain raised border on the edges, making it uncomfortable - lamp indicating light turn off switch is extremely bright and bothersome at night So hotel operators really need to try to spend a night in their hotel and take an interior designer with them. Could be a very nice place, but needs improvements Beware, spa is at extra cost
