安縵總是一如既往的超出預期，一間有歷史的酒店，坐落在一座有歷史的小城，服務和餐飲也沒得説…值得推薦。

房屋很有年代感，離古堡很近，可以直接步行前往，酒店有瑜伽與桑拿，感受還不錯，想感受歷史倒是個不錯的選擇👍

服務我想打0分 作為安縵粉 這一家是我住過最差服務的一家 我們預訂了寺廟和高蹺漁夫行程 管家一路和司機閑聊 用非英語溝通 我就算閉眼睡覺他也不停止聊天 我老公腳受傷了 門僮從不主動幫忙扶和提東西 真的服務太差！！

説實話，這次在斯里蘭卡住過的五家酒店中，這家是目前唯一低於預期的一家。房間位於一個長長的走廊裏，走過去時感覺不太好：一是走廊比較熱，二是有一股明顯的汽油味。到房間後，我被蚊子咬了，即便打開了驅蚊設備，蚊子依然不斷，最後不得不往自己身上噴驅蚊劑。房間的空調聲音很響，淋浴間的淋浴噴頭在水流沖擊下也發出刺耳的噪音——這些問題都讓我覺得，在像安曼這樣級別的酒店中，實在不應該出現。
此外，由於安曼的按摩項目非常有名，我預訂了一次 Shirodhara 按摩。作為第一次體驗這個項目的客人，我並不知道按摩後兩小時內不能洗澡或外出。工作人員也沒有提前告知，結果導致我原本的行程全部被打亂。而且按摩後，他們要求回房間喝熱水並關掉空調，這時我才發現房間里居然沒有提供水壺。關掉空調後，房間很悶熱，渾身油油的，再加上蚊子的困擾，這種體驗實在不盡如人意。
當然，除了這些問題，安曼的服務依舊是一貫的出色。第一晚他們送了一枚精美的書簽，我非常喜歡；離開時，他們用毛巾在我的床上疊了一個小象，還把我的墨鏡放在上面，充滿幽默與温馨的氛圍。酒店的床非常舒適，睡眠質量很好。去看鯨魚那天，他們貼心地為我準備了打包的早餐，泳池和瑜伽體驗也都很棒。瑜伽課結束後，還送來了清甜的椰子水。
總的來説，儘管有一些不盡人意的地方，但酒店員工的友好和細緻服務還是值得稱讚的。

安縵加勒整體評價很高，尤其是在斯里蘭卡這個地方，他的性價比和水平被格外的放大！
細緻且入微不易被發現的服務，最佳的選址可以在房間擁有加勒最佳觀景位都是值得來打卡的原因！

Wunderschönes, altes Hotel, schön renoviert und dekoriert.
Natürlich alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr schöner Pool, an dem man gerne länger verweilt. Auch bemerkenswert freundliches und aufmerksames Poolpersonal, uns wurden die ganzen verschiedenen Vogelarten gezeigt, die den Garten besuchen. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist der Besuch in der Sauna-Dampfbadanlage, die einem täglich 30 Minuten kostenlos zur alleinigen Verfügung gestellt wird.
Großzügige, ruhige Zimmer mit allem Comfort, den man sich wünschen kann, nur ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre eine nette Ergänzung.
Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Küche des Hauses. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren natürlich nicht schlecht aber eben nicht bemerkenswert oder außergewöhnlich gut. Im Laufe unserer Rundreise durchs Land haben wir in deutlich günstigeren Hotels viel! besser gegessen und ein Aman sollte doch bestrebt sein positiv hervorzustechen.
Insgesamt ein sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, das sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert.
Wer alte, geschichtsträchtige Kolonialhotels liebt, sollte hier unbedingt übernachten!

2023.9.28出發來到斯里蘭卡，入住加勒古堡的Amangalla酒店，一家打卡的第六家安縵，感覺非常棒。Amangalla建於17世紀，前身是荷蘭的軍事指揮部，後來成為斯里蘭卡的第一家酒店，1995被安縵集團收購，酒店不大，但是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，有游泳池、按摩池、瑜伽室等，可以體會當地刮臉服務和足底按摩。
Amangalla是我住過的最小的一家安縵，在加勒古城的正中間，到燈塔10分鐘走路路程。周圍吃喝玩樂非常方便，有一家the tuna and the crab餐廳，是科倫坡米其林一星餐廳的兄弟店，銀子夠的話可以嘗一下。
一定要選擇他的茶園巡遊項目，中間還會帶你去看海龜孵化基地和高蹺釣魚。非常有趣，雖然我高蹺釣魚的時候掉下來踩到了巖石，受了傷，但是收穫了有趣的照片和難得的人生體驗。加勒古城也是非常值得轉的，amangalla可以安排車和導遊，酒店就在古城中心，位置好，去哪都很方便。雖然我高蹺釣魚掉海里，把腳劃破了。總起來説，還是很有趣的經歷。
斯里蘭卡的兩家安縵和之前住的幾家不一樣，離科倫坡比較遠，不提供免費接送機服務，我們五個人是大車amangalla接機費用大約400美金。需要注意的是兩個安縵有連續訂多少天的活動一般需要從官網定才算數，從攜程代理訂不算。

位於在加勒古城的C位，走兩步就能走到燈塔、教堂以及一定要去逛逛的barefoot。酒店的歡迎儀式非常的驚喜，留個小懸念。環境和服務都無可挑剔。早餐的咖啡強烈推薦，正餐可以去附近覓食。check out的時候管家送了一把小蒲扇留念。總體非常推薦，希望下次可以待久一點。

在古堡裏的酒店，貼心的服務，入住點燈，私人管家帶着參觀酒店、下午茶、離別禮物、豐盛的早餐、即使沒有時間做瑜伽和Spa，也很享受在安曼的每一刻！
小建議：床可以換的舒適一點！
