KK海灘酒店(KK Beach)

Terrible customer service for the money small room no storage and very noisy did to a music festival going on the beach. We complained 2 nights in a row as we were kept awake by local party goers celebrating the bank holiday with a festival of DJS and music until 1.45 am . We were booked for 4 nights and decided we were sick of complaining and tired of being ignored so we left after 2 days and they refused to either upgrade us us or refund us for the 2 days we didn’t use. Eventually when we were leaving and had loaded our cases into the taxi we were offered a free dinner if we stayed ! I told the manager we had found a quieter hotel and it was too little too late ! I asked him to refund the complimentary dinner from one of the 2 meals we had already had but he would not so we paid for that too. The travel agent is still trying to get back the money for the 2 nights we have not used as the hotel is not cheap and we are now in another hotel and paying twice. It’s really disappointing and awful customer service they have said sorry about the horrendous partying but I have had enough of trying g to reason with them at 1.45 in the morning as this has ruined our holiday and our whole experience.

This hotel is super comfortable and elegant. We had an excellent experience with the staff, they are all lovely and ready to help. The food here is on another level, everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. We recommend specially the coconut breaded prawns, the vegetable noodles, the fry yams with curry salt and the chocolate cake with coconut ice cream. Someone from the hotel escorted us to the beach, letting us know where we could swim and where we couldn’t, always looking out for us, he never left our side, he also set us up with a couple of beds by the ocean. We came on our honeymoon and we can say all the staff is excellent and we recommend this place as a must. María Fernanda & Manuel

KK at Habaraduwa was such a wonderful stay for my husband and I . The rooms were amazing, the comfort of the bed was just a dream with extra pillows, the bathroom was big , great water pressure from the shower , bottled water every day A selection of teas and a coffee plunger. . The view looking out onto the ocean was just fantastic . The pool was the cleanest pool l have ever seen !! And the breakfast was so good . Such variety . And the evening meals were just delicious. And l was mention that the staff at all times were friendly, professional and attentive . 10/10

A beautiful beach front property with excellent sunset views in the Winter time! We really enjoyed the sunset while soaking our feet in the calm waves. Sunset is the best time to take a stroll on the beach. This boutique hotel has a small yet beautiful garden with palm trees.. it’s ideal to sunbath or just relax under these palm trees while sipping cocktails! The pool is great but it’s a little deep. Recommend to take a dip only if you can swim or if you’re more than 5.5ft tall. Rooms are modern, spacious yet very cozy. You can have your morning coffee while watching over the garden and the beach. Food is fantastic. Large portions but very tasty! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Don’t think twice to book this place. You’ll be amazed!

Gorgeous hotel on a particularly nice bit of beach. Wonderful food with a particularly good breakfast. Also completely charming staff. Karsun and Pathum in particular made our stay just lovely. Very good to be so close to Galle and to KK's sister hotel about 20 mins into the hills. V much worth a trip.

KK Beach quickly became our standout accommodation in Sri Lanka, earning its place among our favorites. The studio room, boasting exceptional views of the beach and ocean, was nothing short of amazing. The hotel's facilities, from the amenities to the ambiance, were of high quality, enhancing our overall experience. While the food was undeniably delicious, some dishes leaned towards the pricier side compared to other spots in Sri Lanka. Nevertheless, the culinary offerings, including some of our favorites, contributed positively to our stay. The strategic location near Galle made it easily accessible, providing the option for a convenient meal out. A substantial shout-out is due to the staff and management, particularly Pathum, Kasuntha, and Nipuna (and many others whose names we did not write down). However, the real star of our KK Beach experience was Kasun, whose attentive and enthusiastic care truly stood out. He seemed to anticipate our needs, ensuring we never had to ask for more water or a towel – a level of service that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. In gratitude to the entire team at KK Beach, we extend a big thank you for making our stay so special. Their collective efforts, and particularly Kasun's, left an indelible mark on our experience. For those seeking a beachfront haven with exceptional service, KK Beach comes highly recommended.

Excellent staff, beautiful resort with an exceptional beach. I love the color combination of the sea, sky, grass, bean bags and deck chair umbrellas. Especially want to commend Kasun the pool guy. Super friendly, helpful and takes a lot of initiative. Very careful with our safety and watched over the kids when they were playing on the beach. Had a deep cut in my foot on the pool side tile. Slippery pebbles next to the tile is a bad combination. An accident, no one's fault. Just a word of warning to be careful. But staff was very helpful in getting bandage etc.

Well what a beautiful hotel, just stunning in it's location. The turbulent Indian ocean just beyond the gated grounds was a real treat...just a few steps and your'e walking along a soft sandy beach with warm waves crashing gently upon the sand. Again the people of Sri Lanka continue to delight with their warmth and their generosity of spirit, you really can't fault the attention to detail the staff give you on every opportunity. Fabulous views of the ocean from every room. The best food of the entire trip, the tuna I had was so well cooked...as was all the dishes prepared for us by the kitchen the chefs here have a real talent. A word to for the management, totally excellent in every way..

Стильный, плчяжный отель. Бассейн, красивый вид на пустынный, песчаный пляж. Вежливый, предупредительный персонал. Уровень цен выше среднего, но это вполне оправдано. То, что мы пробавали , из кухни, нам понравилось. Для спокойного, расслабляющего отдыха.
