[EN] While traveling in Sri Lanka, we stayed in different hotels, so I can safely say that this is the best place. A wonderful villa for privacy and relaxation, there are many trees, flowers, birds singing around. The room has everything you need: hot water, refrigerator, air conditioning, fan, fumigator with insect repellent, kettle, hairdryer, safe, excellent Wi-Fi (suitable for work). Every day they add bottles of water, shampoos, change towels and clean up. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the territory, closed Parking with security, no outsider. Here you are guaranteed a great sleep, no noise, you can't hear trains and cars. Narigama Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Hikkaduwa Beach is a little longer than 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes to the main road with cafes and shops. Separately, I would like to mention the owners of the villa, as well as all the staff, they are incredibly nice and friendly. Verena is an amazing woman ❤️ They try to do everything to make you feel comfortable and cozy. We really liked it here! [РУС] Путешествуя по Шри-Ланке мы останавливались в разных отелях, поэтому могу смело сказать, что это самое лучшее место. Прекрасная вилла для уединения и релакса, вокруг много деревьев, цветов, поют птицы. В номере есть все необходимое: горячая вода, холодильник, кондиционер, вентилятор, фумигатор с жидкостью от насекомых, чайник, фен, сейф, отличный Wi-Fi (для работы подойдёт). Каждый день добавляют бутылочки воды, шампуни, меняют полотенца и убираются. На территории прекрасный бассейн, закрытая парковка с охраной, никого постороннего. Здесь вам гарантирован отличный сон, никакого шума, не слышно поезда и машины. До пляжа Наригама минут 10 пешком. До пляжа Хиккадува немножко дольше минут 15 - 20. Минут 5 до главной дороги с кафе и магазинами. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев виллы, а также всех сотрудников, они невероятно милые и дружелюбные. Верена потрясающая женщина ❤️ Они стараются сделать все, чтобы вам было комфортно и уютно. Нам очень понравилось здесь! Ps: иногда отключается электричество, но это ненадолго минут на 15, не пугайтесь это норма

The villa was beautiful, clean and lovely gardens. There was really nothing wrong, except atmosphere. The Hotel does not encourage you to spend the day and enjoy the beautiful pool area. Never offered an alcoholic drink, Never offered a menu of any sort, either drinks or food. Its all a bit slapdash. Staff were lovely, but it felt like we were in the way. We had one evening meal. The wifi is not acceptable for 2024. I liken it to staying at grannies. We were in trouble for some minor infringement everyday.

I spent 4 night in Boutique Villa Shanti at Hikkawaduwa. It was a high privilege to stay in this luxury mansion in traditional architecture. The service is like a 5 star palace. The rooms are very large. Perfect beddings. Breakfast à la carte included. I had dinner twice in the hotel, it is the best restaurant of Hikkaduwa. Price are affordable for this level of quality. It is very quiet and we slept very well. The host is very warm and welcoming. It is a small chateau. I hope to come back soon. I recommend vividly.

Villa Shanthi is exactly as described. It is extremely clean and our rooms were adjoining and both had air conditioning. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The food is amazing with a fabulous choice and chef is fabulous. He has worked all over the world! Verena and her manager are happy to arrange tuk tuks, taxis and tours and we felt really safe with the drivers. Security is great at the villa too. The only negative is that I don't feel the owner and myself were a good fit and I felt anxious at times with some of the regimented ways and questioning and didn't fully relax at the accommodation.
