I am really tired of hotels that advertise a full breakfast then don't deliver. On the first day, breakfast hours were 6:30-9:30 and we arrived at 8. There allegedly had been scrambled eggs but the serving dish was empty and they had no intention to refill it even though breakfast still had an hour and half to go. The only other hot egg option was the ”crustless quiche”, which was not appealing. I settled for a cold hard boiled egg. A complaint to the front desk about refilling the scrambled eggs had zero impact - the second day, a Saturday when the room rate jumps 2x - they did not even attempt to serve scrambled eggs, once again serving the ”crustless quiche”. It was wretched. Clearly it was some industrial frozen food product and did not even taste like egg. If you don't want hot eggs when you're on vacation, then you might be happy with the other offerings, but for me this was a total fail and I consider it false advertising to say that a ”full American breakfast” is provided. I would have been happier if they served nothing and the room was priced lower. Our room was in reasonable condition although it lacked any decoration whatsoever - every wall was blank. We found a 3” neon colored plastic ***** in plain sight on the floor - makes you wonder if they even bothered vacuuming. The lighting in this room was the worst I have experienced in years in a hotel. Usually there would be a lamp on either side of the bed, and these would typically provide 2/3 the light in the room along with a floor lamp by the desk. In this room, however, the two bed lamps were just tiny spotlights, contributing nothing to the overall room lighting, and the room was like a dark cave. The showerhead was poor, when it doesn't deliver enough water to rinse yourself off you just end up taking forever and in the end are actually wasting water. This property is well below the level of the average Fairfield.

Rooms are OK nothing to write home about. Mine had a bit of a musky smell to it. I was traveling with two others and they had the same complaint about the smell. The Valet attendant make it very difficult to drop off your bags and check in. I think he was doing everything he could so we would have to tip him. While checking in I typically park near the front entrance so I can bring in my bags and check in. When I arrived at the hotel there were a couple cars pulled up at the front door so I drove down the driveway three of four car and found a spot out of the way so I didn't' block the entrance. As I was about to get out of my car a guy in a golfcart said that I couldn't park there. I told him I was just checking in and would move my car immediately after checking in and he said that I needed to park in front of the entrance. He's the one working there so, whatever. I circled around and parked in front of the door as instructed. As we were heading in to check in he said that I needed to give him my keys. I told him I wasn't using Valet and that I would be right back. He still demanded my keys, again whatever, so I gave him my keys. I checked in walked my bags to my room and came back out. 5 minutes max. He had taken my car and moved it to where I had originally parked it; after being addiment I couldn't park there. Now I had to wait for him to give me back my keys so I could move the car around back. Super inconvenient.
