聖路易斯Spa會議度假村(The San Luis Resort Spa & Conference Center)

The San Luis Resort and Spa is the best 8n Galveston PIRIOD!!!! Every time I bring my family we always stay here and every time they exced our expectations. All the stuff is very polite, attentive and always want to go the extra mile for you. On this particular trip we came here because it was my daughter's Nationals Dance Competition as well as her birthday and on top of that my wife's and I Aniversary and when I was doing the check-in I mentioned to Connie at the front desk and she suggested it tonnage something n8ce done for my wife and daughter.. Connie and Camille the concierge took care of everything, they got a dozen of red Roses and Strawberrys cover in chocolate for my wife and a birthday cake and small flower bouquet for my daughter and made me look like the best!!! So thank you so much Connie and Camille you guys are great!!. I wanna thank to all th3 Resort stuff too, the Vallet Parking guys whole were always polite, the waitress lady at the pool. Sorry I didn't get there names but they were great too. I recommend this resort very much. I know I might be a little more expensive but I always saybthis " You get what you paid and what's cheaper ends up being a lot more expensive!!"

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted apart from the dark & dreary decoration of the rooms... dark browns, mustard & dark orange colors were not what I expected at a seaside resort! I imagined walking into a light blue or light green room as you'd see in the condos to rent. These colors were just dark & desperately need renovating. The bathroom had seen better days for sure...the bath base looked slightly grubby but it had a raised anti slip mat which often retains a darker appearance & the shower doors were streaked & didn't fit together properly. Basically it was a bit messy & unappealing! However, the facilities were excellent. Balconies are great w/ wonderful views. Club ten level allows a child free zone, which makes it way quieter & offers a free delivered breakfast or a voucher to reduce your breakfast bill @ Blakes Bistro & I believe free valet parking (apart from tips of course!) The restaurants here at The San Luis are excellent. Everything we ate here was delicious but expensive. Service was excellent also & all staff were extremely attentive & friendly.

La estadía en general fue muy agradable el problema fue en el bar piscina con los trabajadores, hicieron verter una pizza en la basura por el solo hecho de que no era comprada en la instalación luego compró una a ellos les di 100 dólares y me han traído una pizza mal elaborada por esos 100.La otra situación incomoda fue al abrir una cuenta en el bar me han cobrado varías transacciones dobles e incluso llegaron a intercambiar mi tarjeta con la de otra persona habiendo cargos que no fueron de mi consumo

I parked 3 vehicles at this location and one was actually wrecked by vallet and it has a custom color so it was really irritating to see that happen thank goodness for security cameras. I tent to stay at this resort pretty often and never has this happen

I love this hotel. It's a heck of a view with friendly services. However, my only complaint is that the bathrooms need to be updated and especially with more plug ins for wall chargers. Other than that if that was fixed up I would give it a perfect rating.

We’ve had a very nice day. Stayed one night. The beds are comfortable. The king size room very spacious. Beautiful views out to the water. Very nice. Staff gone above and beyond helping our group get ready to leave for a cruise. we would stay here again.

Muy poca ayuda del personal para hacer satisfactoria la estancia, la recepción tiene una aptitud muy poco cordial.

The staff here was very nice and accommodating. The property was beautiful as well. We went on a chilly weekend and the pool was heated which was lovely. Definitely will be visiting again!
