旅行者哥爾韋旅遊賓館(Travelodge Plus Galway)

Nous avons passé une très agréable nuit dans cet établissement bien situé . Une chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée. Un accueil chaleureux et des explications claires. Nous recommandons vivement.

Room was ok, but extractor in the bathroom didn't work. No problem if they just said "we are sorry, we can't fix this". Be just wanted to let them know because it rains a lot in ireland and our clothes always had to dry in the bathroom with the extractor on. we realised after 1 night that they were just trying to sweet talk us so we asked them about the extractor repeatedly since they always said it will be fixed. these are some quotes from the employee Jesus: "Have you tried turning the light on?" (in a bathroom with no windows) *comes to room to check if we turned light on* "oh you actually did try to put the light on...." "it is definitely broken, but maybe if you go for a shower it will turn on?" "i will try to have a guy look at it tomorrow" "i can't give you a new room because we overbooked the hotel" " i can't give you a new room because you obviously put your bags in this room already" (at 8 in the evening) "you shouldn't complain, your company pays for your stay anyway" (we were 3 students on a holiday) "why complain, you are from switzerland so you have enough money anyways" "i will try to get the guy to it tomorrow" (he said that repeatedly) Next day we dealt with other people, 1 also went to the room and confirmed the extractor broken. the next employe actually called the manager, who said the extractor worked perfectly fine. then they gave the tip "maybe let it run for a couple of hours i am sure it will then turn on". quite a ridiculous experience. would not recommend this travellodge in particular, and would probably not stay in any other travellodge.

All good mostly. Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean. Food was nice enough. Couple of items not available but hey-ho. Bath handrail broken and tv not working. Informed reception. Only there for 2 days and was told the items were to be fixed day we left, so tair enough if they were. Satisfied with experience and would stay there again. Bit further away from Galway centre than I was expecting and up hill on the way back - my problem, not theirs 😉

Stayed only one night as we’d an unexpected visit to Galway so the hotel was booked last minute and not our usual go to hotel in Galway. That being said though I’ll definitely be back lovely large room very secure hotel and comfortable beds and plentiful breakfast too. Parking was free to the front or rear if the hotel. We walked into The Latin quarter/city centre from the hotel it’s only a 15/20 min walk just keep going straight. Staff are very helpful and friendly too, I’ll definitely be back and can definitely recommend.

Si tratta di una struttura molto standard, con camere spaziose e accessoriate. Personale cortese. Circa mezzora dal centro di Galway (altrimenti ci sono parcheggi a pagamento vicino a Quay Street). Colazione da evitare, non all'altezza della media irlandese (tenete conto che viene quasi sempre offerta tra i 13 e i 16 euro a persona, essendo di fatto un pranzo).

La ubicación del apartamento genial. El centro está a 10 minutos andando. La habitación muy grande y bien equipada, la cama es muy cómoda . El personal muy amable. Sin duda, 100% recomendable! Volveremos😍

Ok stay, but staff were not very welcoming nor were they eager to assistance. Also I don’t like it that we don’t have the option of having our room refreshed. I understand it’s Travelodge policy but in the end I felt a bit neglected.
