博拉加拉農業浮動度假村

我對這次入住體驗非常失望。這裡景色優美，環境寧靜放鬆，這是我唯一能說的優點。但其他方面都遠低於預期。泳池遊戲明明有球，卻根本沒有，儘管廣告上是這麼說的。電力時斷時續，讓人非常惱火和不舒服。有一次，他們甚至四次進到我們的小屋修理電力問題，這讓人感覺非常不自在，也很侵犯隱私。食物味道平淡，低於平均水平，完全不值這個價錢。我只吃了四、五勺，剩下的都只能剩下。感覺完全是浪費錢。更糟的是，服務非常差勁，很不專業。員工看起來既沒有組織性，也不關心客人。他們宣傳的許多免費活動都無法體驗，這讓我們非常失望，因為我們原本很期待這些活動。感覺我們付了高價，卻沒有得到承諾的全部體驗。皮划艇還算有趣，而且這是唯一可以體驗的活動。此外，通往目的地的道路狀況不佳，使得旅程有些艱難。總的來說，我覺得我們浪費了錢。我建議只有在你真的想去那裡，只是為了享受環境的時候才選擇民宿，但不要抱有太高的期望。

我寫這篇評論是為了提醒其他旅行者，我們選擇這家酒店是因為他們網站上的介紹非常吸引人，但這與實際入住體驗完全不符。辦理入住後，我們立刻注意到酒店破敗不堪，但由於他們之前遭受了洪水侵襲，所以一開始並沒有在意。我們想在這個美妙的國度結束為期20天的旅程，享受兩天奢華體驗，於是詢問了網站上提供的各種活動，從原住民療癒療法到陶藝、編織、鐵匠等手工藝，但這些都因為洪水而無法體驗，儘管網站上仍然列出了這些項目！好吧，那就問一些簡單的活動吧，例如自然漫步，我們需要穿合適的鞋子嗎？有多長？哦，只有300公尺……比餐廳到廁所的距離還遠！好吧，牛車之旅？抱歉，由於洪水，這項活動已經停止運作。那麼觀鳥呢？我們要去哪裡租望遠鏡？抱歉，由於洪水，我們沒有望遠鏡！好吧，那我們騎腳踏車吧？是的先生，您可以這樣做，沒問題，但是因為洪水，我們只有一輛自行車！這家旅館的老闆應該停止用洪水作為藉口，讓自己和他們年輕的員工蒙羞，因為他們承諾提供的服務與實際情況完全不符。我並非不同情洪水災害，但自行車和望遠鏡的費用他們肯定負擔得起吧？這是他們徹底放棄、永久關門的預兆嗎？無論如何，網站上說的「精緻餐飲」確實很誘人，菜單上琳瑯滿目，但我們只拿到了一份菜單，問是否可以每人一份瀏覽，得到的答復是：不行，先生，我們只有一份供大家共享，您猜對了，都是因為洪水！菜單非常簡陋，菜餚也大幅縮水，與網站上的承諾相去甚遠。這時，一位更高階的員工過來解釋原因，說是因為洪水。值得一提的是，當晚我們是飯店唯一的客人。我告訴她，在我的國家（英國），收取廣告宣傳的商品和服務費用卻不提供是違法的。我問她，這樣誤導客人是否公平。我們確實給了您180美元的折扣，而不是300美元。這沒錯，但從未提及這是因為提供的服務大幅減少，更像是幫我們一個忙。我告訴她，我們會在早餐後退房，縮短住宿時間。早餐時，另一位資深員工試圖挽留我們，說她可以安排另一輛自行車（在我們原定離開的那天），而不是今天，而且現在還可以安排牛車遊覽。顯然，她已經和「管理層」溝通過了，管理層經常被提及，但從未露面，把這家酒店諸多問題都留給了年輕的團隊處理。我們離開了。奉勸各位，預訂前務必先了解清楚飯店提供的服務，我已經警告過你們了。

Not worth the money. There was no option to pay by card, we were told it's cos of the floods. We can't imagine how that could be affected by floods and also you can replace card machines within a day. They seem to be involved in some other unscrupulous activity by hiding their revenue. Flush doesn't work properly, rooms were very hot even with the AC, the phone doesn't connect to reception or anything. Says they provide butler service, we weren't given a way to contact the butler once in the room and the phone also didn't work. Staff needs training although they are very nice and obliging they lack training. There were no fans in the restaurant area and they blamed that too on the property being flooded. Well doesn't take more than a couple of hours to buy a new fan from arpico. They just seem to be running the property at minimal cost....not recommending at all and it is not worth the money they charge. Avoid

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub mit persönlicher Betreuung durch unsere Butlerin Nithya. Wir konnten in privater Atmosphäre auf unserem Hausboot auf der Terrasse essen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und in die Natur eingebunden. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

We, my husband Nimal and I booked the hotel for 2 days and my daughters' families stayed there 1 day. We arrived at the hotel on the 12th of May 2025. We were warmly welcomed by the Reception of the hotel and accompanied to the restaurant for the welcome drink. After a few minutes, our butlers, Manisha and Niduka accompanied all of us to our Floating Premium water cabanas which are faced to the lakeside. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available in our rooms. There's a good spread at the restaurant and the staff was very friendly and supportive. Foods were fresh and delicious! We all enjoyed the real experience provided by the bullock cart ride to Gami Gedara and and the pottery making with clay. Our kids were really thrilled in engaging in pottering, feeding and catching fish. Kayaking is really enjoyable highly admired the service 😉 😄 Greatly appreciate the professional support and cooperation extended by Lakshman, Pradeep and Neelaka! Manisha and Niduka provided us a commendable support throughout our stay. Thank you for your kind service. Our stay in your beautiful resort is unforgettable ❤️ ♥️ 😍 We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

The concept of the hotel is amazing! We really enjoyed the world class service. The service staff at the restaurant and front office were great. The best was my kayak tour with the life guard who pointed out various interesting birds and the concept of building the place. The agriculture sector was great too and we enjoyed the glasshouse concept. It was lovely to sit in the balcony and enjoy a tea while looking at the lake. View of the sunrise from the rooftop is amazing

Please don't.....if you want to get the floating experience this is definitely not the place.... You can book a air ticket to Maldives and stay there for a week for the same price you can Stay here for an day and get nothing... No view.. No beach...even the floating market in Colombo pettah is better than this... Everything is over priced.....hotel is situated in a big Swap... Smelly and muddy water...not Recommend at all no no... no...

First getting there is very hard.....Roads are not Properly done...It's very far from the City about 20Km Away from Negombo Beach..it's Not that Beautiful as it is Advertised on the pictures..Seems to be its Still under Contrction..Please don't get Carried Away just looking at the Pictures..it's all Edited..and made beautiful to the Eyes of the person who looking over the Divice..the Food here is Extremely Over Priced.. no value for money..and it's Futionauzed...you don't get the Authentic Cousins here...Even the Welcome drink they Serve here is made out of Guava and Curry Leaf..who wants to Drink Guava???? The restaurant here its self very hot and Couldn't enjoy the meals...the pizza we got it's pretty ok....the only reasonable thing... Service it's good... very Attentive.. and no liquor not even Beer you have to Bring from Out side...we didn't stay in a Room but 30 out of 10 are Rooms functioning... The rooms its self very Small no Jacuzzi no View Specially no Beach.... nothing interesting to see..... not Recommend no sir not at all.......there are more very nice places you go and enjoy and very wort and value for what you pay.... This place is nothing but a rip off....and please don't get carried away by looking at pictures it's all edited....

The staff are very friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They do their best to assist guests, but unfortunately, the place itself is quite ordinary and does not justify the amount of money spent. The food is average at best, and the overall experience was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
