千島湖品質套房酒店(Riviera Inn & Suites 1000 Islands)

Avoid this location as there are other nearby hotels that are much nicer and cleaner. I was checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned, only to find entire wing had every door unlocked as the rooms weren't even *****ped down from the previous guests. Our second room was their finest and the dirty carpet and smoke filled room (non smoking!) needed to be sanitized and sprayed with air freshener before we could unpack and attempt to relax. Also, for this outdated motel, a "resort fee" is assessed, which is a huge joke as this is as far from a resort as one could possibly comprehend.

The second you walk into room 166; the dampness hits you; and the AC was on! A musty smell was present as well. This room needs a full make over and update. Carpet is buckled, frayed and stained. Bathroom has poor venilation and yellow spots on ceiling due to this; and lack of cleaning. Water pressure is poor. Paint is chipped and scratched off many areas. Cracks in ceiling and walls. Disgusting and NOT worth the amount asking!

Hotel is really a motel. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room showed a little wear and tear, but was clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast is ok but is a little sp**** in its offering. It does have a hot offering of powdered eggs and sausage. There were two cereals and bread plus yogurt, but that was it. It will fill you but not something I would long for. The pool is outdoor and was in decent shape. It was heated to about 78 degrees. All in all for the price we paid, this hotel is decent accommodations.

I visited the 1000 islands and that overrode my stay in the Quality inn - Gananoque. The bath tub was not washed before we checked in. Dead mosquitoes were left on the window. We had to buy Lysol wipes to wipe everything. Won’t recommend. Better to stay in a hotel in Kingston- then drive down to Gananoque. It shouldn’t be all about money. 230$ for this room was kind of a rip off and disrespectful - considering the lack of care for client comfort.

First let me start off by saying I’m a pretty easy going person. My only expectation of hotel stay is it must be clean. There were so many things wrong with this stay. The room was dirty, to the point I didn’t feel comfortable not wearing shoes. The room had double beds,and both duvets were stained( grouse). The lamp between the bed was busted. The back of the office chair broke….. The list just goes on. Prior to checking in we indicated we had our daughter ( the lady that checked us in indicated there would be no extra chgr for 3rd person) it was a double room. There was a free breakfast, but I did not eat, just my husband and daughter. The hot breakfast I was told was less than desirable. You could tell it was sitting for a long time. The entire building including outdoor stairs are falling apart, the walkway uneven, to the point I actually misstepped and fell. The last straw for me was after being told we wouldn’t be charged for 3rd person, that same lady ended up charging us the extra fee ( excuse was breakfast which still only 2 people ate) PLUS a resort fee which was not told to us prior to check in. This hotel is NOT worth the cost they charge and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone who travels through. Pick ANY Hotel except here. Trust me when I say, keep your hard earned money. You deserve better!

Budget hotel does the job. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom offers spacious countertop space. There are lots of restaurants nearby. With the price it offered during Summer busy season, no complaint.

the room was clean ,staff friendly , price was extremely reasonable, received an upgrade due to my choice rewards level, hotel close to restaurants and stores. Close to one of the best and safest cycling scenic root with 40+ kms of care free riding for any level of fitness

When we came in the smell was horrible which lead us to blast the air conditioner to drown out the smell the sheets were uncomfortable and there were a lot of stains as well as many visible layers of dust
