Hotel is good ,,

This is a fabulous and nice place to live in. I enjoyed all the time here and Iam willing to come back here whenever in this area. The amara restaurant is accommodating for various persons.

Had a great stay at The Fern Residency Gandhinagar—the hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained with all modern amenities, while the staff is polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The food is delicious with a good variety, especially the breakfast spread and the location is ideal with easy connectivity to key areas. Wonderful experience at the hotel stay, sristi helped for the checkin and check out and smooth process at the hotel.

Stayed here for the first time here during the business trip this week. Though I didn’t know anything about the hotel, I thought it should be fine as its Marriott brand. But all my expectations were toppled down. Room, amenities, bed, etc were just OK. Food was average. Cleanliness is something I was concerned about especially in common areas. There were some kind of stains on the floor in the room. I had a problem with room, as Aircondition fan Auto function was not working well. My company called hotel to upgrade me to better room. Even the upgraded room didn’t help much. Housekeeping team didn’t even clear the trash bin yesterday. On breakfast table today, there were no tissues, water, salt & pepper… The staff provided them when I asked… There was loud music in the evening/night when I was in the upgraded room. Overall, it’s not a comfortable stay.

Must say it was a lovely experience to dine at Amara. Special thanks to CHef VInayak to customize our order based on your palette and serve to our table as per our apetite. Kudos to KOnika and Nayan from F & B team to welcome us and assist in making our dinner experience enjoyable. They were patient to handle our requests and go beyond the miles to cater our request.
