Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, they maintained a high standard of service. They anticipated needs—offering local recommendations, adjusting room preferences, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. Requests were handled promptly, with minimal follow-up needed. That level of operational efficiency is something I truly appreciate. In short, the staff made the stay feel seamless and elevated the overall experience. My experience at Belvedere Golf & Country Club has been extremely disappointing. The food and service are simply unacceptable. Manager Ali Imtiyaz behaves as if he owns the club, no response to calls, no concern for members, and no sense of responsibility. It feels like only top directors receive proper treatment while regular members are ignored. If this is the level of service being provided, no one would want to visit again or take membership. Management seriously needs to review who they have placed in such an important position.

As an old and long-time member of this club, it is truly disappointing to see how much the standards have fallen. The management has become careless and unprofessional. The F&B Manager (Ali imtiyaz)shows no leadership or responsibility, and the General Manager( who is new to this property )seems completely disconnected from what is actually happening within the property. There is a clear lack of coordination, discipline, and respect toward members. The service quality has dropped drastically. Staff members appear untrained, uninterested, and poorly supervised. It feels like loyalty and long-term membership hold no value anymore. The overall experience is nowhere near what this club used to represent. However, I must mention two former staff members - Smruti and Bandana. (They are family to us that time) They are no longer part of the club, but during their time here, they were exceptionally professional, polite, and respectful. As a member, I always felt welcomed and valued because of them. Their behavior, dedication, and hospitality were truly commendable. They set an example of what real service should look like. It is unfortunate that employees like them are no longer here, because they were among the very few who genuinely cared about members. The management seriously needs to reflect and bring back the standards this club once had.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Calling this a “club” is honestly insulting to real clubs. Zero class, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. The management behaves like they’re doing you a favor by letting you enter, and the staff have no idea how to talk to people. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This place doesn’t deserve customers, hype, or even a second of attention. Completely pathetic I guess this gm and fnb manager are doing free ka naukri mainly Mr Ali imtiyaz is very disgusting person and I must appreciate ranen he is a brilliant person over there

The food was very good with great taste and quality, the staff were extremely friendly(Chef Kabir, Bidyut, Deepak) and helpful throughout our stay(frontdesk Aditya) and the overall atmosphere of the resort was vibrant yet relaxing. The room was peaceful, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. Overall, the experience was truly enjoyable and memorable, and we would definitely love to visit again.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Parshotam, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He made the check-in process smooth and quick, answered all my questions patiently, and even provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made a positive impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring everything remained tidy and refreshed each day. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s restaurant had a good variety of dishes, and the breakfast spread was both generous and tasty. The location of the hotel was another big plus – centrally situated and close to public transportation, shops, and major landmarks. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, and the helpfulness of staff like Parshotam added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. I will definitely return for future visits and recommend this place to friends and family. Jayprakash was extremely helpful and polite and shashi as well. The security guard Jayanti was also very humble and polite.. greeted us with respect and a pleasant smile.
