The location was nice exactly how we thought of it was the same ***** food was near the hotel only so it was an amazing experience for us to stay there in hotel

The room is not cleaned and the walls are really bad. They changed the room without my consent and told me that all other rooms are packed. I can't reclaim a refund.

Our Experience Was Good As It Is Strategically Located On A Good Centre Location Property Is Good, Rooms Are Good Only Toilets Needs To Be Maintained Properly .. Good Experience 😊

Very bad conditioned property, dirty mattress and all. Unhygienic bathrooms and very poor service. I came to checkout at 8. 30 am as i had a presentation in iit gn at 9. 30 but receptionist was not there, so i went for my presentation at iit. Then they charged me 1200 extra for late checkout but it was their fault they are not available in reception at 8. 30 also. Will recommend to remove this property from my biz assured, because we believe in that and this hotel is not delivering the same.

Bad experience, woke us up in the middle of sleeping to chance room which is very unprofessional. Room amenities issues, blanket torn, not clean. Nothing professional.

It was terrible experience. Hotel rooms were not hygiene. Room was bit smelly and dust was here and there.

Unwashed bed sheet and cloths, torn too, spider webs everywhere in the room, broken bathroom doors, very dirty surrounding area, paan spit everywhere.
