La réception est trés bien.Ainsi pour la chambre et pour tous les autres.Les aliments sont trés bonnes méme avec un peu d'epice.Les réceptionistes sont trés cool,avec du sourire charment(e).La connexion a haut débit facilite nos tàches. Merci a Tarun, Samim, Nisit, Akshita, et ses équipes

Il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato molto piacevole. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente e la ragazza della reception ci ha regalato l'upgrade della camera: dalla doppia alla suite! Il tutto senza che noi chiedessimo nulla. La camera era molto bella, ampia e ben fornita. Doppio TV, due divani, scrivania, bagno con doccia idromassaggio, prodotti di cortesia. Il letto molto comodo e tutto ben pulito. L'hotel è ben mantenuto e la colazione offerta molto ricca e variegata. Possibilità di avere omelette preparate al momento. Cibo indiano e colazione continentale, insomma per tutti i gusti. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel c'è il grande parco di Gandhinagar con la statua di Sardar Patel. ----- The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and the girl at the reception gave us a room upgrade: from a double room to a suite! All without us asking anything. The room was very nice, large and well equipped. Double TV, two sofas, desk, bathroom with hydromassage shower, courtesy products. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The hotel is well maintained and the breakfast offered is very rich and varied. Possibility of having freshly prepared omelettes. Indian food and continental breakfast, in short, for all tastes. In the vicinity of the hotel there is the large park of Gandhinagar with the statue of Sardar Patel.

We regularly visit Gandhinagar for Work and we always choose to stay in this property. The staff here is very very good and hospitable and we always have a great great stay just because of the staff over here. Just wanted to mention few names namely Swati, Biltu, Amrish, Sakura, Sukanya, Priyansh, Arshad and Dhruv. They all are always on their toes to make our experience a memorable one. Thank You So much once again and see you very soon.

Best Hotel in Gandhinagar! I stayed here for 20 days. There is something about ITC hotel and how they train their Staff. Excellent customer support. Special mention for Tania, Sagar, Akshita for taking special care during buffets! They would know what my preferences are and would recommend me food. Rooms are well kept and Cleaning staff is also very good. The people there make a lot of difference. Pls. Keep up the good work

I have stayed in this hotel few days back and I would like to thanks to all the staff of this hotel because they all are very courteous and warm.Also I want to mention some of the staff names likes Dhruv,Santosh from Housekeeping,Amrish,Priyansh,Sukanya,Safura from the reception desk - they all were very hospitable and felt like family members of mine. The best Gujarati thali we have had so far. We want to thank the Chef Mr. Laxman & Mr. Nisit for serving & taking good care of us. We really enjoyed the variety of vegetables, siders & sweet dishes. We would highly recommend this place. Exceptional food and warm hospitality makes a place to go for!!

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere,great staff, friendly and helpful receptionists specially Amrish Priyansh,sukanya, Safura,arshad ,dhruv. everything about the hotel was exceptional.food was good and value for money . Housekeeping staff were attentive Anjali . pleased with my stay.

House keeping was very good and excellent. STAFF Raja was helpful and rooms and bathroom are good maintained. Food was good and excellent. Very good to stay. Very excellent person excellent atmosphere but charges are high. Good for the international travelers

My stay at Fortune inn haveli Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Great service, clean rooms, staff is very sweet & helpful specially Arshad & Amrish those two are the sweetest gems and really good at their jobs Everyone greets with a smile & a Namaste. I stayed for 2nights felt safe and my privacy was not hampered at all. Thank you. Rooms are big and spacious.

Very bad experience..not at all professional staff..they cant even properly communicate nor were they hygienic..dont know what managers are doing..they should check their staff before sending them on shift..if they dont have time then hire a separate manager for that..seriously the person serving was stinking making me feel like m having food in a road side dhaba

It was a wonderful stay at Fortune Inn Haveli Gandhinagar. This was my first visit to Gujarat and thanks to the hotel especially the hotel staff to make it a memorable one. Some names that I want to mention are the reception staff namely Arshad, Amish, Safura and Dhruv. I will be visiting Gandhinagar frequently in upcoming months and I'll make sure that I always stay in this hotel. It was a memorable stay. Thank You So Much

Best service in terms of hospitality and food serving skills with smiles and nice ambience. This gives more of traditional food with lots of happiness. Akshita madam, Chef Dinesh giri and Laxman ji help for choice of food and nice dressing sense.
