海港大廈酒店(Harbour House Hotel)

I've stayed there a couple of times before because it is the only option on the island. It is extremely basic, old and outdated, very expensive, nothing special. The staff are very nice and friendly, but no elevator means carrying all our luggage up the long flight of stairs ourselves. They didn't clean the rooms or provide new towels at all during our 6 night stay, no tea pot or tea and only two coffees in the room for the week. Plus they charged $650 damage deposit because I was staying so long, for two 50 year old ladies! Ridiculous.

Excellent choice for us. Great Location. Amazing Beds. Nice and helpful Staff. Well maintained property.

Room was sufficiently cleaned, but lacked comfort details, such as a kettle or full-length mirror. Only one bar of soap for both sink and shower.

Nice clean room and comfy bed. Having to carry everything up the stairs was a bother but staff always offered to help. A pity we could not get ocean facing rooms but it was still a nice place to stay.

The restaurant was delicious and all the staff were very helpful! Great ac in the room too with comfy beds.

Hotel is like a business hotel, without the panache. Very functional. Pleasant and helpful staff. No view from our room, over the marina. Considering how much we paid, it was top dollar, this was not good value for money. It was a short walk to the marina, shops and restaurants which was good. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

The Harbour House in Ganges is a great place to stay! Amazing hospitality, all the staff were great, going above and beyond expectations. Thank you for helping to make our visit so special!

This was a beautifully renovated small hotel. Quality linens, pillows and fluffy robes. Spotless rooms. The staff was amazing. Chris went way beyond to ensure our stay was fabulous. The bed was so comfortable and you can walk to all the shops. Make sure to book a room with a patio. Preferably front hotel facing. They have cushioned patio sofa and coffee table. Had many small touches like a espresso machine, 4 pack of chocolate truffles and biscotti cookies left in the room. Housekeeping left a personal note with their favourite spot on the island. Ours mentioned Beddis Beach. We enjoyed several hours there. We will be back.

Didn’t like the platform bed, stubbed my toes. Would have liked an elevator although the gentleman who assisted in carrying the luggage was lovely
