Five Gangtok

First of all I would like to say I found the suite room big , clean and comfortable. I’m very fussy choosing hotels based on washrooms and the washroom was quite clean. But what I found was disturbing was that hot water is not available all the time. I was shivering in cold water. Breakfast buffet could have a bigger, more inclusive menu. I was not impressed. However I fell sick and receptionist Devika was prompt to respond to my calls and helped me a lot especially since it was my solo trip. Also I would like to say, to all guests, please carry a zeoline because the drinking water dint suit me . I made this mistake so I don’t want you to make the same one :)

This is a lovely hotel and highly recommended, especially for solo females. It's safe, extremely clean with very helpful and friendly staff. I booked a room through Ms.Devika and she helped me through out my stay. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The rooftop restaurant has great views and is comfortable . I stayed two extra days as I liked it so much. Definitely recommended.❤️

Neat and clean well ***aged room with all amenities. Great place for food and drinks. Little far from mg marg (5 km) but you will get shared taxy in reasonable cost for to and far commute. Quite and silent location for those who want mental peace and relex.

Five Gangtok is a very good hotel in Tadong. The rooms are neat and clean, food is good and the service is also very good. The receptionist Mr. Pravin Sharma is really very helpful and good in his work. The hotel has facilities for car parking and is very near to Sikkim ***ipal University.

I stayed at this hotel from 16/3/2024 to 23/03/2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is at a very convenient location from Sikkim ***ipal Hospital (7-8 minutes walking distance) The hotel staff is very well behaved especially Mr Praveen Sharma ! He is very efficient and customer friendly ! Food spread during breakfast is good although buffet is missing sometimes when the occupants are low The roof top restaurant has an awesome view and live music

The overall experience in the hotel was just awesome, The reception desk Name Shubham took personal care of us ... I wish I could give 10 stars to the property .. The food breakfast and overall hotel delicacies were mind blowing . The staff was v Hospitable ,I strongly recommend to the family people who wish to come to Gangtok and enjoy this property. The rooms were elegant and cosy . Keep it up the hotel ***agement . Thanks for taking care of us Ashish Aggarwal and Family , Chandigarh

Most friendly and helpful receptionist Mr Praveen pathak,and staff ever, lovely and great Frist impression of the hotel. Everything About the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy with excellent services. Food was very good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Thank you hotel five Gangtok 🙏

Wow feeling, staff are very helpful and understanding. Food quality and service are nice. The ambiance and site seeing are also very nice. The MG road and surrounding are looks like Delhi and feelings are awesome. Our driver Durga is also did commendable job.
