Wonderful experience..The entire staff was extremely polite..warm welcoming..they made us feel very comfortable..***as was very friendly he guided us nearby local places to see around..we have stayed in lemon tree in various states never been disappointed with there hospitality..food is excellent..hygiene rooms..entire staff is soft spoken..no complaints..

The food is fingerlicking good, staff is super helpful and polite, beautiful rooms and amazing amazing service! I don't think I have ever been so happy from any of my hotel stays. Checking out feels like leaving home. Ezikal, Sapna, Mingsu Snehasish, Thank you so so much. You made our days!

Chef Palash is the reason for this wholesome review. My parents and 2 other couples, all 60+ were in Sikkim. Palash not only made sure he was available to help with anything & everything but also made sure he packed their breakfast early morning 2 AM coz they had a flight to catch from Bagdogra in the morning. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness.

Amazing hospitality, food was also good, Gangtok thuppa yummy 😋. Hotel has very good beautiful rooms Staff is very courteous, professional and make every thing ready for us. It was memorial stay at lemon tree hotel gangtok,my first visit at gangtok we enjoyed a lot Excellent location....... Very nice staff Mr.Sariful and Mr Sonam, Miss Leela and puspa they are very helpful they clean my room very well.. Tasty food at Citrus cafe as well.. clean room.. nice valley view rooms .. price was ok as per facilities. Best salon SPA Available in hotel ..... just close to MG marg and Lal bazaar

Stay was nice and food was yummy. Staff were very very polite and helpful in nature.This is main reason why I chose lemon tree for stay. My special thanks to Mr.Sariful ,he made our stay very elegant. I would also like to thanks the whole staff of lemon tree Gangtok. They were taking care of each and every guests. The receptionist bikas’s behaviour was so amazing and so welcoming. all over the service was nice. This guy made experience memorable highly recommended to visit hotel hotel limitary Gangtok also got excellent customer service and the food was too good.
