We enjoyed a lot in this property. Service is very good, especially ***ager Vicky Chettiar and Chef Dawa Sherpa. They took care of all of us. Thanks a lot. We recommend this hotel to everyone who are visiting Gangtok

It was a first visit to Sikkim and we had booked this hotel.The rooms here are very comfortable and bit far from the main city.The staffs at restaurant especially Elina Bidhya and Dawa were very good.

The staff was really very kind & humble. Chef was really good with his cooking skills and also the ambience was pretty cool. Arpan,Bidya,nishan chef were very awesome in service. These guys cooperated us very well. Do visit

We stayed in the portico suite room. The rooms are divided into two sections- bed and living area. The living area has a two seater sofa, a single seater sofa, center table, wardrobe, work table and mirror. Its very efficient for two people and if you have to work in between your trip Jio and Airtel have good 4g here. the hotel also offers you free wifi. The chinese food here is decent and Takes Order from 8am to 9pm. The breakfast buffet was limited but was freshly made and tasted well (Poori sabji, bread toasts, tea/coffee, cornflakes, idli sambhar). You can get taxis for mg road from infront of the hotel. Costs 150rs for reserved or 30rs per seat on sharing. Mg road ia about 3kms and takes 15-20mins. Landmarks--this property is right next to lemontree hotels on distric court rod which helps in giving directions to taxis.

Wonderful Hotel, excellent service and Dawa Hospitality.The Hotel is masmariging , unique location, good accommodation. Its have Both vez and nonvez food with different cultures food facilities.A team excellent guide for site seeing. All hotel staff are gorgeous and kind at ***ners

We stayed 3 nights in deluxe room this hotel,very surprised to say rooms doesn’t have AC or ceiling fan,still operating on table fan cause’s too much of suffocation,very difficult to sleep in night,no lift in this hotel,hotel is neat and clean,staff is very polite and helpful,meal is very selective but fresh and tasty.

The room service was always very well done. The staff is very polite. The hotel has good ambience. Restaurant staffs like Dawa, Arpan , Bidhya, Ashish, Sweden, Elina were really hospitable. Such a good hotel with quality service.
