Accueil très sympathique, les chambres confortables et chauffées. Hôtel bien situé pour accéder au centre-ville mais la route d accès est très endommagée pour les véhicules et les piétons, il sera nécessaire de la réparer.

We are very satisfied with the hotel staff they are very helpful and nice behaved, they only need to improve about their chef because the food quality is good but the test is not up to the mark, overall very nice stay and a good experience , I always recommend this hotel to everyone

It was a pleasant stay. The welcome was warm and overall experience was very good. The staff is courteous and helpful. The dining area and everything is really nice. The rooms are spacious and the views are breathtaking. Had an amazing experience overall. Can work a little on wifi connectivity.

Mr. Nourbo orchestrated seamless taxi arrangements throughout our stay, ensuring a worry-free journey from Bagdogra airport to Sikkim and back. Despite road diversions causing delays, his continuous communication reassured us that we were in good hands. His personal attention each morning, providing tour suggestions, added a thoughtful touch to our experience. The friendly and family oriented drivers and transparent pricing no hidden or extra charges made transportation hassle-free. Kids were also enjoy during the travel. The hotel's corporate staff & ambiance, spacious rooms, and delicious food contributed to a memorable family vacation. We suggest adding more indoor activities like card games and carom for added entertainment. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and effortless transportation—exactly what one needs for a relaxing family getaway. Thank you!

Enjoyed the ambience. Super supportive staffs. Wish to come back here again in the near future. In one word it was a Brilliant Experience visiting Summit. The scenic beauty is out of the world and enjoyed a lot with the colleagues. Had a marvelous trip overall.

Our stay was amazing, staff were exceptional, GM Amit Saxena was most hospitable, the bonfires n singing at night after dinner was so much fun. Recommend to anyone who want to have the best time please select this place, we just loved it and we will be back again.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast is delicious. It is located within walking distance (around 750 meters) from MG Market. Good experience overall. Special mention to Sakar and Monita who supported us well.
