Awesome experience, staff were very courteous, polite & friendly. Hotel has Live band playing English & Bollywood songs in the evening time and has Disco night (clubbing) at the PUB located in basement on Saturday nights, charge is Rs 1000 for male and free entry for female (charges applicable for in room guests also) We got JAIN FOOD on request and we enjoyed the food. View of the valley from the hotel is very good and we had mountain view from our room. Hotel is located slightly far from the market, though not very far. Overall a great experience and I got value for money for my stay

An excellent place to enjoy your stay in Gangtok. Beautiful property with an excellent and very polite staff to take care of you.Food is very good ,had South Indian, Punjabi and local cuisine. Great view of Kunchunjangha from even our room.

Hotel services is very good all things are quite impressive I love place natula and good house keeping deptament food is good staff are friendly and very good mr smir thapa room from house keeping and his towel art is excellent and his behaviour is so good

We came as a family end of march in this hotel. Really nice stay. If its not foggy u have a great view above the hills and to the highest mountain of Sikkim. Everything need and clean. Great with kids (3,8years). Always really friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Lots if varieties. I loved it, that they filter their water by themselves and provide it for free in glas bottles in the room for the guests. (3litres). No plastic bottles. Wonderful. Keep going. First day we went in the pool as well.

Fantastic view from the hotel. Able to see a clear view of Kanchanjunga. The support staff was very helpful and cheerful. The housekeeping staff (Sameer Thapa) was very jovial and created amazing towel art. The food was good. Hope to visit again.
