加登城凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Garden City)

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and everything worked as expected. The hotel is right by a shopping mall which is not picturesque but the landscaping around the property takes your focus off the mall. The included breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as the usual self serve at similar type hotels with other hotel chains. I would stay here again.

At 11:00 pm, some random guy shows up at my door and wants to know my name. He eventually identified himself as a member of staff. He said thst there was some kind of a mix up and wondered if we were in the right room. I went down to confirm that he was on staff and sure enough, there he wss at the computer with the woman who checked us in. Anyway, he ssid was okay and explained that he gave our room to someone else and when they got up there, he heard voices.....oh brother.

Only problem we had was unfortunately the printer was not working to print off our airline tickets but staff was courteous and helpful stating the cartridge would be replaced. Everything else was great. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful ar all times. Thank you.

I liked the location, nestled in between busy shopping areas, with lots of vehicle and foot traffic. LOVED having Whole Foods across the street. Clean, quiet, spacious, and quiet (except for a few unruly children). The breakfast was an unexpected delight!

Very smooth check-in process. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. No unpleasant smells overall a great stay. On site parking was a plus.

They lost our reservation, balanced ******* and we didn’t have a place to stay. 7 other rooms were also over booked. Do not book this hotel.

I booked on the spot, a room was available. Hotel staff were prompt, quick to offer water and help me. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
