Superbe hôtel bénéficiant d’un emplacement de choix avec vue sur le lac de Garde. Nos hôtes se sont montrés très accueillant, la chambre romantique avec vue sur le lac est très confortable, partout des matériaux de qualités, les installations du Spa sont géniales (un vrai sauna avec trois altitudes, un splendide hammam circulaire avec un ciel étoilé, un parcours avec différentes intensités pour la douche sensorielle… une grande piscine dans un décor néoclassique). Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu le temps pour faire un massage, mais j’y retournerai certainement.

Les plus : Bon emplacement à 200 mètres de la route côtière et sur les hauteurs du lac avec une très belle vue et un accès relativement facile. Un stationnement gratuit aux multiples emplacements. Des petits déjeuner de qualité (personnel sympathique et professionnel). ET Surtout, surtout, une magnifique piscine d'intérieur de belle dimension (de 08h00 / 20h00) avec un SPA (16h00/20h00) dont le sauna et le hammam sont comme la piscine libre d'accès (TOP) ! La grande piscine extérieure était bâché durant mon séjour (mais il pleuvait....donc... la piscine intérieur) !!! Les moins : Hôtel rococo un peu daté - mais non sans charme - (avec des marches à "gravir" avec ses bagages) et une (mini) salle de douche vraiment trop petite, comme la TV. Bon souvenir et expérience de cet hôtel comme on en fait plus !

Ottime potenzialità per posizione ma purtroppo gestito in modo pessimo per scarsa professionalità e pressappochismo. Quindi pulizie e servizi inadeguati, ma quello che è più grave è aver dato delle informazioni all’accesso con un pullman granturismo non rispettose degli aspetti di sicurezza. È stato detto che tale mezzo non avrebbe riscontrato difficoltà di transito nell’unica strada che porta alla struttura ma di fatto un furgone ci possa con le dovute attenzioni. È stata l’abilità dell’autista che ha garantito l’incolumità di 30 persone!!! In merito alla cucina preferisco non proferire parola poiché sarebbe ancor più sconcertante di quanto anzi detto!!! DA EVITARE!!!

L' hotel esternamente é bello ma la delusione é stata la camera! Piccolissima! Aria condizionata impossibile da orientare per cui la notte abbiamo dovuto spegnerla perché arrivava l' aria fredda addosso. Lenzuola che pungevano e specchio macchiato in alcuni punti. Meno male che c' era un piccolo terrazzino in cui potersi rifugiare Colazione discreta ma povera di dolci. Personale preparato e molto gentile! Abbiamo pagato 250 euro per una notte in due, prezzo decisamente alto per quello che abbiamo avuto

Davvero mi dispiace dover dire che, nonostante la struttura e la location siano molto belle, posto tranquillo e rilassante, sotto molteplici aspetti il trattamento non è da albergo a 4 stelle, a cominciare dal bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet... con doccia a piatto fisso... Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci stanza e quindi poi avevamo il bidet ma forse il bagno era ancora più piccolo, anche questo cieco e senza un areatore. Neanche una mensola per appoggiare la bustina beauty e neanche un gancio per appendere l'accappatoio... Camera soddifacente. Ottima la pulizia. Bellissima l'area spa e un plauso speciale va alla ragazza brasiliana che fa i trattamenti, davvero bravissima!!! Ho riscontrato personale non eccessivamente attento al cliente. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante ma non ci ha soddisfatto, porzioni piuttosto scarse (e non sono una persona he mangia tanto...)

Una gestione che offende la categoria! Camera pessima, servizio pessimo, cortesia inesistente, professionalità da ricercare in quanto assente. Il responsabile di è dimostrato persona arrogante, scontrosa e maleducata.

In primis va detto con massima sincerità che il luogo è a livello paesaggistico molto bello, la colazione di carattere spiccatamente internazionale è stata nella norma, la camera la abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata. Ma accanto a tali poche luci, campeggiano alcune ombre e andrò a dipanare meglio il ragionamento. Il bagno della camera minuscolo, la stanza non aveva il balcone (in bassa stagione a hotel mezzo vuoto e pagando una cifra più che ragguardevole era lecito aspettarsi una coccola in più… che non c’è stata affatto!). La sera del nostro arrivo, ore 19, prima di strisciare la carta, ci viene detto che il giorno seguente avremmo potuto tenere la camera con un late check-out (pagando, è evidente…) ebbene ecco il colpo di teatro : magicamente la mattina seguente (ripeto a hotel mezzo vuoto!) ci viene detto che PROPRIO quella camera è stata prenotata (e quando l’hanno riservata? di notte???). Ergo, ci siamo sentiti sbattuti fuori… con modi più burocratici che gentili, a onor del vero ma il senso di tale sgradevole sensazione non cambia. La mia ragazza era basita. Centro benessere : acqua fredda, apertura dalle ore 15!!! Se ci mandate via alle 11 che senso ha la presenza della SPA??? Domanda lecita! Se alla reception mi si chiede testualmente “mi raccomando fate una buona recensione” ebbene : vedete di meritarla! A volte basterebbe tanto così per fare la differenza con un cliente che vi paga, qui la differenza è stata invece al contrario! Bocciati!!!

ein super romantisches Hotel.2 tolle Pools. eine Terrasse vorm Restaurant mit Blick auf den See. Unser kleiner Hund durfte in alle Bereiche mit. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Ein romantisches Hotel über dem Gardasee mit viel Charme, geführt von einem motivierten und aufmerksamen Team, tolle italienische Küche, was will man mehr.

La struttura si trova in una posizione meravigliosa, con una vista incredibile. Nel complesso le stanze e la SPA sono belle, ma ri chiederebbero un pochino di manutenzione.

Well first of all, we went 23rd December for Christmas, got there and no one there apart from us, 2 guests in Hotel me and my partner. Came back for a drink in the bar, all the place is shut down, no lights on, no bar open, disgraceful until I told them. Nothing about, no taxis or buse's on Christmas day, waiting for buses for an hour there and back from Salo which was couple mile away, down by the Lake. It said 5 minute walk to the Lake from Hotel, total rubbish. It has a very very long steep hill to walk up and down, not suitable for the less abled. Avoid if you have no transport

Spent a delightful week here . Location for Lake views exceptional You need a car/electric bike to get into Gardonne or Salo etc Taxi is hit and miss and expensive. Food restaurant is stunning and the terrace divine dishes and drinks both very good reasonable price for location . Staff some are so helpful charming and polite , others not so bit brusque. Rooms people have commented on here that rooms are scruffy well I can tell you ours WAS NOT infact the opposite clean well serviced daily and always left immaculate first class housekeeping staff . Ambience This place has a Ambience of 50s Italian charm almost shabby chic it's like being on a film set . Cons desperately needs a shuttle from perhaps Gardonne and Salo say 830 till 1030 and 1700 till 2130 . Happy to pay 5 to 10 euros a time depending on pick up Otherwise car taxi or bike (electric) a must 20 min walk if your fit downhill to ferry terminal 40 if like me your over 65 . I wouldn't/couldn't walk back but if u were fit I'd say 40 mins . Highly recommended will definitely be back .

We booked this hotel through a UK based Travel Agent for our Honeymoon. We were booked in for 10 nights in a Romantic Lake View Room. This was, we were informed, an upgrade from the basic "Classic Room". I suspect that all we paid for, was the same room, with a better view. We stayed for 2 nights and left. I cannot speak for those who could afford the newer rooms which by all accounts from what is shown online, seem quite luxurious. The Romantic Lake View room was not at all "romantic". The view was absolutely stunning but was quite literally the only good thing about the room we stayed in. The room was dated, tired, did not smell clean, I think the smell emanated from the carpets which are garishly old-fashioned. There were exposed and damaged cables in light fittings and the TV. The shutters on the balcony doors were broken so we had absolutely no respite from the glaring sun. There was no shower, just a shower head above the bath taps. The textured wallpaper was damaged in places, and just completely coming off the wall in other places. There was a huge crack in the wall. Ants littered the balcony and the outside furniture was rusty and had no cushions. The balcony doors were so old that they rattled when you opened or closed them. The bathroom was done in black tiles, which made it seem even darker as the window shutter was closed to keep out the glare of the sun. The walls are so thin that when I was in our bathroom, I could hear our neighboring guest using the toilet. Other reviews call this old-Italian charm, it really really isn't. It's a hotel in dire need of refurbishment. I'm all for the old-style décor, our previous hotel in Florence was just that - and it was perfect! This hotel is just tired and in need of some attention. Breakfast was served buffet style and consisted of cereals, yoghurts, pastries, cold meats, breads and your hot option was scrambled egg and bacon. It was not topped up regularly and the lights in there were switched off which meant the far end of the room was dark. Again, the view was outstanding, if you weren't so distracted by the plague of wasps hovering over your food. The outdoor pool was lovely, plenty of beds with cushions, lifeguard on duty for most of the day and a poolside bar with good lunch options and drinks. We spent all day relaxing here and it was peaceful. The hotel evening restaurant was ok. I ordered what was advertised as a salmon pasta and yet I was served prawns. I was not asked about this, nor did anyone explain this to me when my meal was served. The hotel is situated on a hill-side position overlooking the lake. Please do not underestimate the gradient of the hill. We noticed that many guests had cars and we soon realised why. The hill is incredibly, incredibly steep and at night, it is very poorly lit. I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from the lake-front. It is a 15 minute walk, down the hill and along a main road to get to the nearest set of restaurants. It wil

Stunning views but do you like old Italian style, steps and a very steep hill. The hotel is old and very tired with a view they are grander than they really are. Rooms are tired and not well maintained. However, you might never reach the rooms as there are multiple steep steps to overcome with heavy suitcases and no help. It might be the views cancel these problems but there are alternatives
