Ii am writing this to express my absolute outrage regarding my stay at this hotel. We discovered a significant ant infestation in our room, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a major chain.
Most importantly, my child developed a severe allergic reaction on their face after the second night. This is a major health and safety concern. Whether it was caused by the ants, unclean bedding, or harsh chemicals used in the room, the result is the same: my child’s health was compromised.
it is clear that this hotel’s hygiene standards have completely collapsed. Families with children should stay away.
