Our delightful house, featuring two bedrooms, is located just above Santa Cruz Marina Beach, with captivating views of the sea and the Desert Islands. It´s charming setting makes it an ideal destination to relax, and fully enjoy your vacation, perfect for making lifelong memories. The property is very well-appointed with all the basic amenities, making it both enjoyable and functional. Offering the comfort of a direct access to the beach and the beach-front promenade; a very short and pleasant walk away from Santa Cruz city centre. LEAVING ROOM & KITCHEN With a cosy open space style, the main common area includes a spacious living room with TV and fireplace, a dining area and an open space kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and more. BEDROOM 1 The room features a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, television, direct access to the garden and pool. All necessary linen is provided. BEDROOM 2 Very spacious room with a queen size bed, wardrobe, television, direct access to the garden and pool. All necessary linen is provided. BATHROOMS The house has one large common bathroom, located in the corridor in front of the bedrooms, and one ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms will be equipped with the basic amenities such as: hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. OUTDOOR Sunbeds are available around the pool area, as well as a table and chairs near the BBQ area. ADDITIONAL INFO: The access to the house includes a flight of stairs and few other steps, therefore the house is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Families with children must have additional attention around the pool and garden areas. Optional Services upon previous request and subject to availability: Baby Crib and Highchair – included without any additional cost. Beach Towels – included without any additional cost.
